Not really a skip the line, still had to join the very big queue but did get through with the tickets. Glad we did, as pantheon is very impressive. Good audio guide.

So disappointed. On arrival the company rep arrived and demanded an extra €15 per person - 4 people (€60). This was on top of the €40 already paid!! This was for a guided tour. Only accepting cash as his payment system couldn’t accept all the various cards we owned!!! The tour guide then spoke for 10 mins about other tours he offered - golf buggies etc etc. he took us inside told us how to get the best selfie. Tour over. A total of €100 what a rip off. First time been disappointed with this operator as used them all over the world. What a rip off

This was my first time that I bought a ticket through Viator. I was there on time, but unfortunately I didn’t find nobody from Viator to get my actual ticket. So I bought a ticket from the museum and was allowed to get in.

Rip off! Booked online a few weeks before travelling, got confirmation email etc. told where to meet beforehand and what to do. Got there in good time but was not allowed the tickets. They had sent a message 2 hours before requesting the names of the attendees but I did not see the message until we got there and for this reason they refused to give the tickets, nowhere in the confirmation email or message they sent did they say we needed to supply names and that we would not be allowed in if we didn't. Refused to give refund. They said at the time there were no tickets left, although we had paid upfront! So they have taken my money and not provided the tickets. Queued up at the machine for tickets in the end, only cost 5 euros each which is cheaper than this company. I would say read the small print, but there isn't any reference to this anyway. Rip off! Don't bother,

The skip-the-line ticket for the Pantheon was perfect for us. The meet-up was smooth, and the entrance was quick and hassle-free. We also received an audio guide at no extra cost, which was a great bonus and completely optional.
The architecture is absolutely stunning—a must-see. The person who assisted us was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The Pantheon opens at 9am. The line started to enter started around 8:30. But I figured that since we had skip the line tickets it wouldn’t be and issue. Our guide showed up at 9:05 and told us his company should not have sold 9am tickets. The earliest they do is 9:30.
He gave us our tickets about 9:15 and we got in line and entered a pretty full building.
This was not a skip the line ticket or tour. Just buy the tickets yourself.

We scheduled for 11 am. There were no lines to skip and out “guide” just brought up an audio file on my phone for a “tour.” One phone for 2 people won’t work. We were very disappointed - this was a waste of time of money.

Dear Thomas, your pantheon entry ticket has no line because you entered from the immediate access entrance, which is not supposed to have a line (given that this is what you booked), the audioguide was not part of your booking, more of an extra offering from the agency for free, that is usually sold for an extra fee. We would also like to inform you that what you booked was an entry ticket, not a tour, there was no “guide” simply a host to accommodate you to the entry and answer any questions you may have. Please read the details (or the title) more carefully next time you book. We do apologise if you feel like you had a bad experience, and we will definitely look into what we can improve to avoid situations like yours, Thank you.

Easy and clear instructions included in “trip” details on the Viator app. Booked 45mins going while at dinner and was able to skip a line that would’ve taken hours easily! Our guide also got us in 15mins earlier.
