Bought tickets for 9.30 entry. After finally receiving them (guy was running late, sends digital tickets via WhatsApp only after you meet them) went to enter (there was no queue at the time) only to be told that my ticket was actually for 10am and to come back. It was already getting warm so I took the kids to a nearby store to utilise the air con for about 15 minutes. Returned around 9.50 and the queue to validate digital tickets was so long and in full sun. We joined the queue but the kids weren’t able to handle the heat so we just left. The tickets say the price was 7 euros per adult and free for kids. I paid 60 AUD for nothing. Overall a really disappointing experience

So disappointed. On arrival the company rep arrived and demanded an extra €15 per person - 4 people (€60). This was on top of the €40 already paid!! This was for a guided tour. Only accepting cash as his payment system couldn’t accept all the various cards we owned!!! The tour guide then spoke for 10 mins about other tours he offered - golf buggies etc etc. he took us inside told us how to get the best selfie. Tour over. A total of €100 what a rip off. First time been disappointed with this operator as used them all over the world. What a rip off

Easy way to get skip the line tickets for the Pantheon. There was an audio guide to go with our tour so we knew more about what we were seeing.
This was my first time that I bought a ticket through Viator. I was there on time, but unfortunately I didn’t find nobody from Viator to get my actual ticket. So I bought a ticket from the museum and was allowed to get in.
Representative was there waiting five me. He sent my ticket to my WhatsApp number and I was able to enter the Pantheon right away. Reservation made and reservation completed with no problem.
Rip off! Booked online a few weeks before travelling, got confirmation email etc. told where to meet beforehand and what to do. Got there in good time but was not allowed the tickets. They had sent a message 2 hours before requesting the names of the attendees but I did not see the message until we got there and for this reason they refused to give the tickets, nowhere in the confirmation email or message they sent did they say we needed to supply names and that we would not be allowed in if we didn't. Refused to give refund. They said at the time there were no tickets left, although we had paid upfront! So they have taken my money and not provided the tickets. Queued up at the machine for tickets in the end, only cost 5 euros each which is cheaper than this company. I would say read the small print, but there isn't any reference to this anyway. Rip off! Don't bother,
The skip-the-line ticket for the Pantheon was perfect for us. The meet-up was smooth, and the entrance was quick and hassle-free. We also received an audio guide at no extra cost, which was a great bonus and completely optional.
The architecture is absolutely stunning—a must-see. The person who assisted us was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Our guide we were suppose to meet to get skip the line ticket… did not show at meeting place. Viator has said they can not refund $.

You should have WiFi on your phone for the audio of the tour. No one leads you around, they just have your ticket and lead you in.
Tickets were sold out via the Pantheon the night before. No problem with Viator. Tickets available, organized and knowledge guide, quick entry, and well-done audio tour with transcript for a can’t miss experience.

After seeing the immense line of people waiting to get in I was so happy that I paid this extra fee to skip the line. It was well worth the money during the busy month of July.
Was exactly what we needed to be able
to enjoy the Pantheon. The temperatures were so high and it saved us from standing in a long line.
The Pantheon opens at 9am. The line started to enter started around 8:30. But I figured that since we had skip the line tickets it wouldn’t be and issue. Our guide showed up at 9:05 and told us his company should not have sold 9am tickets. The earliest they do is 9:30.
He gave us our tickets about 9:15 and we got in line and entered a pretty full building.
This was not a skip the line ticket or tour. Just buy the tickets yourself.
We scheduled for 11 am. There were no lines to skip and out “guide” just brought up an audio file on my phone for a “tour.” One phone for 2 people won’t work. We were very disappointed - this was a waste of time of money.

Dear Thomas, your pantheon entry ticket has no line because you entered from the immediate access entrance, which is not supposed to have a line (given that this is what you booked), the audioguide was not part of your booking, more of an extra offering from the agency for free, that is usually sold for an extra fee. We would also like to inform you that what you booked was an entry ticket, not a tour, there was no “guide” simply a host to accommodate you to the entry and answer any questions you may have. Please read the details (or the title) more carefully next time you book. We do apologise if you feel like you had a bad experience, and we will definitely look into what we can improve to avoid situations like yours, Thank you.
I never got my tickets and had to buy 2 more after I was harassed over the phone by the person that was supposed to deliver them.
Easy and clear instructions included in “trip” details on the Viator app. Booked 45mins going while at dinner and was able to skip a line that would’ve taken hours easily! Our guide also got us in 15mins earlier.
The directions were not clear. We looked for 30 min where to obtain out tickets then waited 10 min for the ticket person to return. I wanted tickets to the Pantheon not another tour. I was not happy with the product.
