This was the worst...

This was the worst experience. You go to the pantheon and you find out you have walk another 10 minutes to another place to redeem the voucher. Then when you get back from your 25 minute round trip to get the tickets. They tell you have to download an app. Which we could find the name of the app to download. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TOUR. We went on about 10 tours on this trip. This was absolutely the worst.

So far so good. The girl hello me.but expectations we meet Patheon but need to go there office. There description can entrance. That only comment I have. Being alone and audio it good.

We could not find the place. Our paperwork had 2 addresses. We did not see the second one until our time passed. We missed the tour.

The Pantheon is amazing and definitely worth seeing but unfortunately some of our phones couldn’t connect to the audio and it was a bit of a process to figure out.

Once we purchase the event we had to find the place in Rome to get the tickets . Too much time wasted when you don’t know where your going. Should have tickets downloaded on phone once you purchase, we also waited in long lines which there was no system . The audio never worked and too many people to even ask.

I was really nervous because the communication seemed limited, but if you go to the correct office to pick up your pass and ask them where to line up, it is very helpful. We were actually in the Pantheon by ourselves for several minutes because we walked right in after queuing up 35 minutes before they opened. It was a magical experience.

SCAM! Gave us tickets which were already used. Charged us €16 for tickets, when you can pay just €5 there with cash. When we got to the pantheon we realised you had to collect the tickets from the ticket office in a different location. Then went back to the pantheon and the ticket man told us that we had been given tickets that we already used.

Skip the line ticket apparently means get in line with everyone (only 1 line). Audio app did not work. Ridiculous that you have to redeem your voucher to get your tickets at a complete different location then the venue you are to visit

Our experience was smooth and easy. Read the instructions that we needed to get our ticket first in the location 6mins away from pantheon which we did and it all went well. Note: just read the instructions and don’t just assume that your voucher is the ticket itself. ;)

Easy tour of Pantheon

The tour tickets have to be taken from a shop in Piazza Navano (about 5 min walk from the Pantheon). The tour is just the tickets that allows you to skip the line and hence you are on your own to understand the background of the Pantheon. If you try to get the tickets yourselves, you have to stand in line for some time although it costs only 5 euros

Natalia at Piazza Navona Touristation was very helpful in quickly getting me my ticket and set up with the audio guide. The office even has a toilet available for use, which is great because there are none at the Pantheon. Be aware that the office where you pick up the ticket is a good 5-10 min walk away from the Pantheon, so budget time for that.

We missed the pantheon, we were told to go to the front of the line when we got there so we did, then they told us we had to walk back to the piazza navona to pick up our tickets and that was a 10 minute walk and it was time for us to go in 4pm… we were never told we had to pick up tix at another place… so we missed and had no refund… thanks for nothing viator

This was a very convenient and amazing experience. We did have to walk about 5 minutes away from the Pantheon to pick up our tickets. This was not a problem because we were able to get a feel for the city. When we arrived at the Pantheon there were tons of people standing in line to purchase a ticket to get in. We were able to walk right up and get in, in a matter of minutes.

Llegamos en hora a Touristation a retirar los voucher. Nos atendieron pésimo, teníamos que sacar el audio guía con un código qr. las chicas del local apuradísimas insistiendo que nos vayamos y no nos dejaron bajar la audio guía y pasó que llegando al pantheon la mitad del grupo no tenía la audio guía ni posibilidades de obtenerla. Muy mal servicio! No lo recomendó 😡😡😡😡

Expérience Viator minable, nous avons annulés notre réservation, car il fallait passer par des tas de manipulations qui n’ont jamais marché… Je suis plutôt geek, et pas réussi… Bref pour recevoir les billets simplement par mail, nous avons contacté l’assistance qui elle même ne pouvait pas nous envoyer les billets. Expérience nul.. A fuir.
