Horrible experience your directions are not clear as to what to do and there’s nobody holding a white flag. it is a white advertisement, banner. And even after finding the correct location, people in office didn’t know who it was at first. I would never recommend.

This was very well organised. We booked our voucher/ticket way in advance and got all the information through on the app. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and we met up with the rep who was helpful and gave us our formal tickets. We got through security (you need your passport!) and were straight in. The Colosseum is a wonderful historical site that must be seen to be believed. We have visited many times but this time was particularly quick and efficient.
