We bought tickets for 2pm. They said they didn't have them but we could do a 3pm group one instead. That's not what we paid, company gretter was not helpful and disappeared. They gave us no direction on where to meet for this supposed group entry. Scam artists.

Don’t trust the time slot. We reserved 1015 and they changed it to 1400. It screwed up our whole day of planned events. You only need 15-20 minutes in the Pantheon.

It seems you did not understand what we explained on the phone. We asked for the full names of all visitors because Pantheon security requires them before tickets can be issued. Without names on the tickets, no one is allowed to enter. All our other customers understand and follow these regulations without any problem. You did not provide the required names, so we could not purchase the tickets for you.

We never got to see it our tickets never came and then we got a message from our tour guide they were waiting. This is the second time this trip something like this happened. Terrible experience!!

You buy the tickets online but you get them from a person that stands outside which was a little odd at first. But he got us in the front of line and got us in the Patheon. Not sure if this is for every attraction

Great value and truly skip the line. We breezed right in. We were given an audio guide that worked perfectly. It was nice to walk around at our own pace. Meet at the Legami boutique entrance (Piazza della Rotunda #3) that faces the Pantheon. There is a pay phone between the boutique entrance and a sandwich shop, Antica Salumeria. That's the meeting point. They have a sign on top of the pay phone.

The Pantheon is beyond remarkable…stunningly beautiful. Travelers need to know this site is busy and crowded. Our guide was right where he said he’d be; we had good communication. We had the unguided tour with an audio guide…it was just fine. This is an active church so ladies should have shoulders covered and men must take hats off. Absolutely worth the trip.

Absolutely pointless. You don’t skip the line and the person with your tickets is difficult to find if you can find them at all. They are supposed to be in front of a store next to the pantheon holding a sign but instead are to the side and prop the sign up behind a phone booth making it almost impossible to see. Then you end up waiting in the same line as everyone else. Buy your tickets from the Pantheon website and don’t waste your time or money on this. Shame on Viator for allowing this company on their site.
