Cooking with Mamma and her cousin was such a fun, engaging, and informative cooking experience! True Italian cooking with 2 wonderful, friendly teachers. Making pasta and tiramisu with simple, traditional ingredients could NOT be more fun! New friends are not forgotten.

This experience was AMAZING. First, you do the cooking class in their home which feels extremely authentic, because you see how exactly the locals cook and what instruments they use. You can tell that all the ingredients used are very good quality, especially by feel and taste. The recipes that are used were passed down from their family and are so simple and so flavorful. The ladies are so wonderful and have such great energy that they made the class an amazing experience.

Chaleureux accueil, très convivial. Je recommande les cours de cuisine de cook with mamma les yeux fermés. Nous a beaucoup rigolés. Les recettes étaient simples, bien expliquées et délicieuses. J'ai hâte de les reproduire à la maison. Mention spéciale pour le Tiramisu qui est bien meilleur que celui que l'on trouve dans pas mal de restaurants.
