Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
If you book the last Colosseum entry slot of the day, you won’t have time to visit the Forum or Palatine afterwards — they will already be closed. That means you’ll need to visit the Forum and Palatine either before your Colosseum time slot, or the next day, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when you first entered one of the sites.
The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

This was a self guided tour of the collesuem, you download an app to listen to the audio and you have to keep the app open to listen which was a bit of a pain. Overall audio was interesting, walking around the collesuem was fantastic and I highly recommend the tour. There is an option to do a full experience which I wish I'd have done instead but still a good tour.

It is much cheaper to just buy entry tickets. The tour was not a “guided” tour rather a collection of facts in micro videos. I’d recommend watching a YouTube video and buying a solo ticket.

Tickets were easy to download onto phone and access the sites they were meant to. One thing was the app didn’t seem to allow you to listen to info unless the app was on screen (I.e. stopped playing when taking photos etc) but wasn’t too bad

Don't sell tickets you know can't be used

Couldn't use the tickets. They were for 12:00. Needed to go through security line first. That was made clear. Unfortunately that line was a rough guess, 800 meters long? We got to the coliseum around 11:30. Waited in the line for about 45 min and realized that we had at least 2 to 3 hours more. It was not moving. Confirmed we were in the right line twice by two workers managing the line. Don't sell tickets to an event that there is zero chance of using. What a waste of our short time in Rome.

Tickets were accurate and valid the next day into palatine hill. Colosseum was busy as expected but the palitine hill / forum wasn’t as busy the next day which was nice. Good value for all 3 tickets.

El lugar es muy bonito, una visita obligada en Roma, sin embargo está muy masificado, un agobio visitar el lugar con dificultades para entrar, para hacer fotos e incluso para asomarse a ver la arena desde arriba y eso que la visita fue en febrero, no quiero pensar como tiene que ser en verano. Respecto a Viator, me gustó la facilidad para contratar y el servicio de atención telefónico, pero no me gustó que una vez hecho el pago las entradas las entrega una tercera empresa y lo hace unos días antes de la visita, con la inseguridad que eso genera en el cliente al no saber si va a disponer o no de las entradas, de echo finalmente me cambiaron la hora de entrada a 45 minutos antes, por suerte también me venía bien por los pelos, pero podría haber arruinado la visita una vez que tenía ya todo organizado. Recomiendo visitar por ser un sitio tan especial, pero quien quiera verlo con tranquilidad lo tiene complicado.
