Rip off , the meeting place is not close to the coliseum and unless you live in Italy it’s hard for tourist to find , tourist don’t want to pay a taxi on top of the tickets.

However, your booking included not only the Colosseum tickets but also the Ancient Rome introductory video which is shown in our office and assistance up to the Roman Forum entrance. The information on how the package you purchased works is shown several times both on the product description and on your voucher with the precise address of our office and details on how to get there. Our office is located a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and this information is also shown on the reservation, in order to provide all the necessary details for our customers to arrive comfortably and be welcomed and assisted.
