A great tour in Rome

An excellent tour - very informative, comprehensive and interesting. Our guide was exceptionally good. And the tour was the full three hours. Highly recommended to see the Forum and experience the colosseum while avoiding long lineups. Very fair value, too.

Excellent Tour

This was a great tour. Our tour guide was very attentive to the group and did an excellent job of navigating the busy Roman Forum and Colosseum during peak travel season in July. The day we did our tour it was HOT, and our guide made sure to take care of the groups need for water, shade, etc. Beyond that, our guide was very knowledgeable of the sites and ancient Roman history and really brought the Forum and Colosseum to life. All is all it was an excellent experience!

Very knowledgeable guide and she was open to questions and very interesting. We enjoyed it! She made sure our group was safe and stayed together without making us feel like little kids.

We had someone on our group get sick and could not make the excursion. Would not refund money. Very disappointed.

This was the third time I've been to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Largo Argentina, and beyond. The pre-tour video was so important to help me imagine the grandeur of the sites we were about to see, and our guide was exceptionally well-informed with tons of details to regale us. My only complaint is that the tour was very, very long. It was scheduled for three hours (beginning at 9:00), but we toured for nearly four hours and, at the end, we were dragging. The heat certainly contributed to this languishing, as you can imagine since it's been so very hot these past two weeks. But, absolutely no complaints about what I learned! Thank you!

Rushed, lost guide

I would absolutely not recommend. We were running like chickens with our heads cut off trying to follow the guide. We eventually lost her completely and just left. She was so far ahead running through the crowds we lost connection on our ear pieces. Skip this tour and go through another company.

Excellent surprise

The tour was excellent for the price. My original tour which cost more was cancelled the day before and I scrambled to replace the tour. The tour guide was excellent, the logistics were great and the guide went out of her way to find shade on a scorching June day. Esther, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and explained the tour in the way that my 3 almost adults (18 and 20) enjoyed the tour.

Good comprehensive program

Did good job on covering Forum & Colosseum. Only issue was groups starts @ Tourist office, then walks past Forum because of ‘timed’ entrance to Colosseum then back to Forum. Also, if you have any mobility issues, request elevator @ Colosseum.

ottima la guida (Luciana) molto negativo l'esito del contatto con Viator. Ho chiesto mille volte al telefono una guida per bambini e dopo altrettante rassicurazioni ho trovato biglietti per visite normali. Aggiungo che metà dell'importo è andato perso in quanto metà della famiglia era a letto con il Covid e non ci è stata data la possibilità di differire la visita. Impossibilità a detta dell'agenzia determinata da una scelta del Comune di Roma

O guia não aguardava o grupo e falava um inglês ininteligível. Não havia tempo para todos do grupo olharem os locais . Vários , inclusive nós, desistimos no meio do passeio.
