    So I booked a reservation...

    So I booked a reservation and they called to tell me that maybe we could reschedule the time from 1 to 3. I was at work so I told them that I have to talk to my partner before I make a decision and I would contact them. He told me to contact via WhatsApp. I tried WhatsApp but the number was not in there. So the day of the tour -one hour before- they told me that my reservation was cancelled. I came to the meeting point, spoke to the tour guide and she told me that we should confirm the reservation, something that is a first to me. I told her that she couldn’t convince me that 2 extra people would make a difference and she told me she couldn’t. She said it’s a busy month but 10 minutes after there was another guided tour with another 50€ per person. Of course I declined and as I’m writing this I’m standing on the large line to get my ticket. Note to self, never book something with 8 reviews. My fault. Hopefully I’ll get my refund.

    We wanted to visit the Coliseum and we really entered but with a “omnia” card!!! I would never have bought a trip to the Coliseum with any kind of guide. What they offer us does not match the purchase. We were misled.
