Great response time and guide!

The meeting point is a little tougher to get to if you are using Google maps. It’s not that it’s hard, just Google Maps doesn’t navigate it well. The meeting point is above the subway station close to a place called Café Roma. We got a little lost, but I give them all the accolades because I called and they immediately answered, and they were super helpful and immediately texted me links and got us there without any issues. They even followed up to make sure that I found the group.The guide was fantastic!

I payed 160 pounds for me...

I payed 160 pounds for me and my partner to do a 2 hour tour of the colosseum it’s ended up being 45 minutes and 20 minutes inside the colosseum we didn’t even get to walk around the place just stood on the floor for a while very misleading not worth the money I should have just bought gereral admission and done the tour my self I would not recommend this

As clearly stated in the tour description, this is a guided tour of the Arena Floor with access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The guided portion of the tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, focusing specifically on the Arena Floor. We have confirmed with our guide that you fully participated in the tour and did not report any issues during the experience. If you had encountered any problems, we would have been happy to assist you at that time. Please note that underground access is not included in this tour, and this is clearly mentioned in the description. We always provide accurate and transparent information and do not mislead our guests.

This Colosseum tour is worth it!

We had a rough start to our only day in Rome. The Colosseum was a bucket list item for me and unfortunately due to a late train I was worried we would miss this. Not only did the tour operator call me directly when he saw my message that we weren't going to make it, but he got us tickets for later in the day! Use this company because they make things right and are super accommodating!
