Your never happened and it seems because of Viator fault. Very disappointing considering that we had only 2 days in Rome. Unprofessional and bad customer service from Viator side.

We took the 2.5 tour to the colosseum with Gladiator tours. The tour started 45 minutes late. The reception was not professional. The guide (Karin) didn't provide enough information, mostly trivial facts that any one can read in the internet.

Elaine did an excellent job on the palatine Hill. Colosseum was very short and not worth the money! I had toured the colosseum previously and was disappointed with this guide. I could have done the tour better!

We had purchased the Colosseum Skip the Line Guided Tour for our family of five but due to train delays arrived an hour after our scheduled tour and also missed the last tour scheduled at 12:30 pm. Their onsite staff had tried contacting us earlier when we failed to arrive. After trying with other tour companies, the staff were able to confirm us on another tour that afternoon and even escorted us to the Colosseum to meet up with them at no additional cost. They certainly went over and above to ensure we were taken care of! Thank you!
