Had an amazing experience on this excursion. The staff was friendly and made sure your drank never ran dry. Options of rum punch, wine, champagne, beer, and nonalcoholic options such as sodas and juices. The weather was perfect and the waters were relatively calm, so it made for a great sailing experience. Perfect views of iconic hotels like The Royal Hawaiian and the Moana Surfrider. Also picturesque views of Diamond Head and the sunset. The meeting point was easy to find and it was just a short walk to the site the catamaran sailed from. Would definitely book this experience again and recommend to friends and family as well.

The crew were funny and attentive , and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable.. sad that it was cloudy and we didn’t get a good sunset but can’t control the weather.

Great sunset cruise with a great captainand bartender! Music, good drinks, and the views on every side were beautiful. We saw a lot of whales, which was an added bonus. Highly recommend. There is a bathroom on board and if you are a little uneasy, I would suggest wrist bands or motion sickness meds prior. I would def do this again.

I was really disappointed with my experience on this boat tour. From the moment my group arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and exclusionary. When we asked about playing different music, our request was dismissed and referred to as “ghetto.” Hearing staff use language like that was uncomfortable and inappropriate. It made us feel singled out and judged rather than valued as paying customers.
Hospitality should mean creating an environment where all guests feel respected. Unfortunately, we left feeling the opposite. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how they speak to and treat people from different backgrounds. If not you should keep you ghetto dollars n book elsewhere

Regarding your experience, we would like to provide some context. Our records show your some of your group arrived approximately 45 minutes past the check-in time. Our staff was actively trying to locate you to ensure you didn’t miss the departure, and the "unwelcoming" atmosphere you sensed at check-in may have been the urgency our team felt in trying to ensure you were able to participate in the activity.
In terms of the music requests, while we understand these are popular artists, our policy is firm: we do not play tracks containing racial slurs, explicit sexual language, or derogatory terms (including specific tracks you requested by Cardi B, Bad Bunny, and Sexyy Red). This is a company-wide standard to maintain a respectful and neutral environment for all guests.
We strive to treat every guest with the same level of respect, and we regret that the enforcement of our safety and atmosphere policies left you feeling otherwise.

Sunset cruse open bar 5:00 - 6:30 pm $169.54 for 2, my husband and I. The weather was rainy and completely cloudy. We wore plastic ponchos we had purchased. If you didn’t have any coverage, too bad. It was the captain’s call to cancel and he didn’t. Cheap pre-made punch, beer, and soda. Docking the catamaran was not at the same location due to the tide. The Lower half of your body will get wet. You also have to be physically able to walk in the water and through the heavy sand getting on and off the catamaran. The scheduled 3:00 pm cruse was canceled due to the weather.

This sunset cruise was awesome! My fiancé and I had a blast. I will say It was a pretty windy and bumpy so be sure to hold on when walking around the boat and getting your drinks. Overall it was a great experience to meet people and have some great drinks. Highly recommend this activity!! 😊
