We came to Oahu with some elderly family members. Saw this tour available and the price was real reasonable. That trip became one of the highlights of the whole vacation. The captain was very helpful and informative. We were privileged to see lots of wild life and beautiful scenery. It was the best. I highly recommend this trip for everyone, young and old.

Well must notify them 24 hours for cancellation but bad luck this morning my girlfriend foot got bang yesterday and this morning woke up with swollen foot and enable to put foot pressure on her foot ! Tour operator refused to honor the cancellation unless we got a Dr notes! I felt like we are kids ! Must bring daddy notes ! Come on we are adults and felt like too bad we lost it !

So it was a nice boat ride and the staff was great. However if you have an expectation of seeing lots of different things this is not to trip. I do understand that they can’t control nature but we stopped in one spot over a sunken barge and seen a few fish. One quick glimpse of I sea turtle. The last thing is I thought this was a glass bottom boat but all it had was 4 small about 3x4 spots to lean over and look into to see into the water. Not what I was expecting. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars was the staff were very pleasant and informative.

I was expecting a real “glass bottom” boat like what I have ride on in Okinawa and Thailand. But this is just a boat with four glass bottom box that you have to keep your head down and make you seasick. Also it really depends on your luck to see any sea animals. On my day, we only get to see some fishes.

Fun ride. Great view of the Shoreline and Diamondhead. But we didn't need a glass bottom boat because there was never anything underneath the boat to see. They've had a few tiny fish off the side of the boat. So I know Coral reef. Crew was fun, hard-working, friendly. Disappointing to not see, Coral reef, fish, shipwreck through the bottom of the boat.

The captain was top notch. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The highlight of the tour for sure.
The boat was fine, but don't expect to see anything through the "glass bottom". The glass is minimal, and only viewable looking through portals. I was really disappointed when first arriving on the boat, but looking at other glass bottom boats in the marina I saw that they too only had small portals.
The main issue is this tour never stops over a reef so you can actually look at fish. They throw food out and you can see a few fish come to eat over the side.
It was a nice cruise with a great captain.

The Waikiki glass bottom boat tour was fantastic! The captain was welcoming, kind, and funny. The crew were great, took pictures, pointed out points of interest, and fed the fish to keep the fish swimming with the boat. We got a lot of information on boats in the marina and out on the water. This was a fun time out on the ocean. The crew was especially nice and fun to be with. We saw a gorgeous large turtle and the breeze and gentle waves made for a fun time. Looking through the glass bottom sections was interesting too.

The whole boat experience and captain/crew were A+, however, booking through Viator was not. The guy said I could spread my mom's ashes, get there with 14 people in tow for the funeral, and was told I couldn't spread the ashes because it was booked wrong. Viator basically ruined the whole purpose of going on the boat, not to mention, the funeral. Thanks Viator, maybe hiring competent english speaking people would help with the miscommunication problem, just thinking out loud!

We weren't so lucky to see much on our trip, however, it was still a beautiful ride on the water with a different view of the city. Our guides told us some history and we're fun. He did see a turtle and a school of fish next to the boat.

The boat tour was great! The attendant inside the booth for check in, not so great. Needs major customer service training skills. She wore little devil horns on Halloween to fit her personality and poor customer service.

The 2 guys running the boat were great. Casey and Lorenzo I believe. Not only did we see fish but sea turtles and schools of dolphin. The guys were very knowledgeable (I always ask a lot of questions). Would definitely go back.
