One of the best tours we have been on! Tour is in China Town, food shops are small family owned and the food is incredible. TJ and Victor were incredible, informative and hospitable guides. We highly recommend this tour.

A fantastic experience in the heart of America’s oldest Chinatown. Victor, your guide, will deftly take you on a culinary tasting experience with seafood, fruits, and other delicacies you likely have not tried before. If you are at all curious about what happens when cultures blend and creative food styles spring forth, then you will enjoy this tour.
So many different kinds of fruit to try, direct from the farm (talk about Farm-to-Table; the shopkeeper is also the farmer!) and fish from the sea.
Have you ever tried Chutoro Poke? Unbelievable. Who knew that was a thing? Most poke is made with lesser quality; this, this is the real deal.
Victor was weaned on this stuff and really curates an experience. I am almost reluctant to tell everyone about this but I want him to keep running the tour so we can go again.

Had Victor and he took great care of us was very knowledgeable about all food. Also had answers to any questions even the ones not about food.
One of our favorite parts of our trip!! My husband and I started our morning off with this tour and had the best time and were absolutely studded by the end! They were very generous with each of the stops they took us to and we got to try all sorts of things we had never encountered before! The tour guide was super helpful and checked in with us throughout the tour and gave us many other great restaurant names/places to go later on our trip. This was my husbands favorite part of our vacation!

This was an exceptional experience by a team of guides who knew the community, understood the experience being provided and made each of us a participant by engaging each person by name and community from where we came from.
You will visit locations that have been locally owned for generations. No tourist traps here! The quality and size of the “tastings” were amazing! Victor is very friendly and knowledgeable and you will come away with a better understanding of and respect for the local cuisine. Rio, our driver was courteous and informative as well. From fresh fruits to sashimi and poke to chicken, pork and desserts, you will not go away hungry! I’ve never had this amount of food on any food tour ever! Thanks again, Victor for a great time!
This is the tour you want to be sure to do during your trip to Hawaii! The food was really unique, and there were many diverse (and delicious) things to eat. The portion sizes are generous. Our tour guide Victor was great at explaining everything we tried, and gave us plenty of suggestions for other local restaurants to try after the tour ended. We had such a good time, 10/10 we highly recommend to everyone! Don’t skip it.

This is a great local treat for tourist and locals that can save money and time experiencing the delicacies for a great price. It supports local businesses and the guides are very knowledgeable of the marketplace. Highly recommend this gem on Oahu.
The tour guide made our trip a lot of fun. We ate a lot of seafood and fruit we had never eaten before. The steamed parrot fish with ginger, garlic and cilantro was amazing. The Chinese roasted duck was also very good.
Incredible food tour. Communication, hospitality, and professionalism was exceptional. Very organized. And SO much amazing food! Victor was such a great host. Highly recommend!
It was great, our guide Victor was fantastic. It was definitely interesting sights & venues, felt a bit like experiencing other country more than Hawaiian cuisines. & the bathroom stop was out of TP, but otherwise good. Too much food
TJ was our guide for the majority of the walking tour and he was excellent! I really appreciate Victor as well, who co-led our tour and contacted me via text the day prior to confirm. TJ gave an in-depth history of Hawaii and had a wealth of knowledge about food. I went with my family for my dad's 70th birthday and what made it the most fun is that my family are some of the pickiest eaters. TJ did a great job of encouraging them to try some of the food without being pushy. I'm a foodie, so eating the tropical fruits, raw fish, Filipino cuisine, and the duck were SO good. The shuttle ride back to the hotel was relatively quiet as we all had a food coma. TJ continued to show us a palace and one of the oldest churches in Hawaii on the way back to our hotels. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to embark on a food adventure and learn some of Hawaii's history and culture. Also, we had lots of good food leftover so I wouldn't plan to eat before or after :)

DJ was the perfect food tour host manager. Managing a group of tourists, all different, and presenting the food, its history, why so special. He then would tell us the history of the area, why the food is here, and where it came from originally. Most importantly - we got lots of food! Don’t eat breakfast folks! DJ keeps the tour going ordering food ahead of our stops and reserving tables or spaces in tight markets. He even had wet wipes to wipe your hands, like a Cub Scout Dad for the group If I lived here, I might take this tour once a week, seriously. Keep it up DJ!
this was super fun and well worth the money. We ate amazingly, learned history, supported locals, and even had leftovers to take home. Our guide TJ was amazing. Definitely book this for some good eats.
This tour was fantastic! Victor did an excellent job taking us around Honolulu's chinatown. We tried delicious, authentic dishes and left totally full. Don't eat breakfast beforehand and plan for a late dinner for sure! Would do again.
Would highly recommend this food tour for anyone visiting Honolulu! TJ was very knowledgeable about the area, history and was very accommodating with my elderly mother who joined us. All the food was tasty, portions were generous plus I was introduced to new eateries and best kept secret locations of local foods that I would have otherwise not known about. TJ made my mom laugh and kept her engaged. Glad we did this and worth the money for sure!
Amazing food tour. Victor was engaging and knowledgeable about the food and the history. I loved that we stayed away from typical tourist spots - and ate way too much food!
The tour was great. TJ did an excellent job as he was attentive and knowledgeable. I will say the food was fresh and very tasty but in order to finish to the end you have to pace yourself.
If you want to get a good idea of what true Hawaiian food is like you need to take this tour! It was worth every penny and the tour guides made sure we had everything we needed during the hot day. Would do it again and again if I could.

We were on a cruise from LA and decided to do this food tour. They picked us up right from the cruise terminal and took us to the meeting point near Chinatown. TJ and Victor were our tour guides. We stopped by quite a few places for delicious food.
Make sure you bring your empty stomach because there are a lot of yummy food to try out.
