What To Expect
In the early evening, make your way to the departure point for your sunset cruise (or upgrade when booking to add on transportation from select Honolulu hotels). Upon arrival, board your vessel, and enjoy a welcome toast with Champagne.
As the boat sails away from Waikiki, admire views of Diamond Head and the sunset over Oahu. Explore all four decks of the boat, including the observation deck up top, which offers unimpeded views of the island's coastline.
Next, sit down for a gourmet, 5-course dinner featuring lobster or steak. As you dine, listen to live music. Then, take in the feature show, which celebrates Hawaii's culture, and features a wide range of performances.
After several hours on the water, return to dry land and your original departure point.

Very nice tour. The food and drink was very good. Take the Friday tour so you can see the fireworks. We would definetly recommend this.

While being picked up at our hotel was very convenient, the food was not very good. The service was incredibly slow. They would definitely benefit from busers. The food was cold. We received two drink tickdt each and had the service been faster, we would have ordered a bottle of wine, but we didn't get dessert until after we docked. The entertainment was okay, but was very disjointed. The cruise was only two hours, so you would imagine the entertainers could have played through together until the Polynesian dancers came up. Overall, cruising was nice, but the service and food could use a lot of improvement.

The cruise was excellent!!! The food was great, everything delicious!!! Our server was awesome even though was crowded!!! Great views and the cherry on the top the great performance of the dancers, thas was awesome!!!!!! Totally recommend!!!!

The cruise was very nice, the setting was breathtaking, and the staff was very attentive. The only negative comment I have is they advertise a "champagne toast" in the brochure, but when you get there it is non-alcoholic champagne. You can pitch a fit, like the lady next to us and they will bring you real champagne.

Food and alcoholic beverages were pretty bad, but the cruise itself is fun and worth the cost … as bad as this review sounds, I would do the cruise again if I was going with someone that hadn’t gone… ship and staff are great… food and drinks, not so much

This was an amazing experience. I went solo but the atmosphere was so welcoming, you didn't feel alone. The food was delicious, the music was serene and the energy was great. Be sure to bring wet wipes for the lobster part of the meal!! 10/10 would highly recommend and I'm definitely going to do this again on my next trip.

Really fun sunset cruise with great entertainment and beautiful views - the Hawaiian show was a highlight! Service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. Our only downside was the food, which wasn’t as good as we expected for the price. Still a memorable night overall!

The ship and entertainment/show are outstanding. The food was average. The timing of the food dishes was very poor. There seemed to be not enough staff to serve food and clear dishes. We received our desert after we already docked and were exiting the ship.

We enjoyed the boat ride. The boat looked a lot newer on the outside but quite dated on the inside. Dinner was good. The lobster was the highlight of the meal. They were running behind so we never received any dessert at my table. The performers did a great job, but if your deciding between this and a Luau.....choose the Luau!

The lobster was super fishy and overcooked. The steak was really good, but the potatoes were super dry.
All in all we had a good time because the entertainment was good and the couples next to us were super nice. But dont go expecting 3 star food or 3 star service. And they don't tell you from the ad but the "champagne toast" is sparkling grape juice. NOT champagne.

Delicious food, amazing service, beautiful views, and wonderful performers.
We had a great time on this dinner cruise. It seems to be suitable for everyone.
They also have elevators for guests who might need it.
However I’m not sure if they can accommodate dietary restrictions.
I am pregnant and they were able to cook my steak well-done which was nice! I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the island!

The food service needs to be improved. Drinks were late. It felt like we were forgotten about. I think they were overwhelmed by the amount of people. People in my area would ask for something and it was forgotten. The quality of the meal could be improved. Veggies needed to be steamed longer and lobster could have been pre-cracked on the claws. My could mom had no strength to crack the lobster. For older ones and kids this would be tough. The steak…I don’t know what cut it was. Could have been more tender. Otherwise it was good and a nice experience.

We were on the SOH 3 years ago, & have to say we enjoyed that experience much more. For as expensive as it is, there needs to be more servers to clear & deliver food & beverages. Some people around us got dinner only 30 minutes before the show & departure. Our table was constantly full of dirty dishes & beverages took very long to get to us. Our server was so sweet, but she needed backup. Otherwise, we would have enjoyed it much more. The food was good & show was great. Staff was very nice too, just needed more of them for the size of the ship.

I just went in September. There were roaches coming out of the side of the wood panels. The waiter saw this and saw the roach that my husband killed with a watermelon slice and moved us after it happened again while he was talking to us. The company refused to refund our money completely, they gave us partial refund because “ We still enjoyed the deck and services” we couldn’t go anywhere!!! Save your money and experience something better. Absolutely disgusting . PS I don’t have pictures of the roach because the waiter took the watermelon slice from our hand but I have the communication with the tour company right after. I Finally had service and we left the cruis

The food was good but no one tells you that there's a five course meal. So when we started eating we were unaware of how much more food was going to be coming. The music during dinner was so loud that it was unpleasant.

I booked this cruise for my wife’s birthday, the bus pick us up from a nearby hotel. We had table on the third deck up where we could go to the upper deck to view the sunset, unfortunately it was cloudy that night but we still enjoyed the food and entertainment. Staffs served each of us a huge lobster and then steak. Steak is very good if you like it medium rare, otherwise you won’t be able to eat it. Lobster was kinda warm but I didn’t care, it was very good with butter and lemon.
