Henry is a wonderful tour guide. He provided historical information and was just a pleasure to be around. He was funny and made everyone feel like ohana. We didn’t get to do the north side of the island due to flooding but Henry was accommodating and showed great resilience when we had to detour. It is a very informative tour and I appreciated all that it offered. Mahalo for great experience!

A lot of the stops are really shopping and eating stops. There are no guided visits in any of the locations

This trip was amazing. Our driver was so good. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour lasted a little longer than expected, but it was well worth it. So many stops got to see everything. It was amazing.

Lots of drive time! We toured all over the island. You don’t need to have breakfast before the tour since it will stop at an amazing breakfast place.

We had a great tour of the island-with Johnny . He is very punctual, patient and knowledgeable not only with Hawaii’s history but the world as well. He made our day very enjoyable with his good sense of humour and knowledge he shared with us. We would definitely book with this company and hope we get Johnny as our driver again!

That was a good enough experience.
I wonder should be more respectful to provide at least one complimentary bottled water per passenger in the vehicle for 9 hours tour!
The vehicle was not convenient as expected with 25 passengers for long tour.
The lunch location option provided and food both were limited with poor quality as well as un cleaned bathroom with-un named soap (Hand or dish)!!! In general poor customer service.
The driver didn’t offer to stop to take a picture of the scenic highest ocean tide of the Island.
Spending so long at shore beach with no water or coffee stand in the area.
Spending not long enough stop at Dole planting company which really as a last stop needed more time to looking for such as getting and having the fame pine apple ice cream with line, souvenir shopping , bathroom, etc…
The only positive feedback belongs to the driver with good and respectful behavior with good sense of humor and also dropping off all the passengers at their residential Hotel was really appreciated as it was a long day!

We had such an amazing day on this tour! Matthew was very knowledgeable about the island and told us all kinds of fun facts! Highly recommend doing this tour! Yes, it is full day but you get to see so much of the island!

Cousin Johnny was the star of this show! He is the absolute best narrator and made the day so much fun with his mini competition and mountain of fun facts! This tour hits 21 must see areas, getting off at about 9 of them. He taught us some hawaiin language, shared the culture, the importance of ohana and how important our differences are and how we should embrace them and each other. We got to try native coffee, fruits, shrimp, and the famous pineapple dole whip! Got to see turtles, snorkel a bit (bring your own equipment) and Pearl Harbor. I highly recommend this tour! Left about 8 am returned at 5.

Tour
Having everyone trying to order food and then telling a story is counter productive. If you don’t want people to talk while you are, then don’t have us trying to order the food.
Having some down time from constant talking would have been nice so people in a group could discuss what they are seeing and what not.
Personal stories of friends or family while we are waiting to get off the bus takes time away from our experiences
Then got in scolded cause I was talking to another person the tour. Heaven forbid apparently he is only one that can speak.
To be talked/shouted at for like 7.5 hours was obnoxious.

Pick up was grossly disorganized. Bus was old and dirty. Had bugs crawling up the inside walls. Tour guide using inappropriate language and would vape in the bus at stops. Not overly informative . Not worth the money. Rent a car & grab a map and take your own tour.

A lot of fun particularly the swimming piece, lunch at Tamala’s shrimp, macadamia nut farm, and getting dole whip. While we did see the island, and our tour guide did know quite a bit about the history there were also parts that felt a little dull or rushed. Also the whole getting onto the buses in the am was a mess. They don’t even call our name, I had to basically ask several times before they searched me up. It was pretty chaotic to find your bus in the morning. Our tour guide was very nice, but frankly it was evident he really didn’t want to be there….seemed like he was just going thru the motions and not really engaging.

It is a long tour but very worth the cost. Derk was a fabulous, funny, courteous tour guide:/driver. My highlight was seeing the turtles up close as well as the breathtaking beauty of the island.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, this circle island tour was absolutely fabulous. The real standout, though, was our tour guide—Johnny Cage—he was funny, incredibly informative, and so engaging the entire day. He brought the island’s history, culture, and hidden gems to life with humor and personality that kept us smiling (and learning!) the whole way through.
We hit all the highlights—breathtaking viewpoints, beautiful beach stops, local food stops, and even some secret spots off the beaten path. The pace was perfect, and there was plenty of time to soak it all in without feeling rushed.
If you're looking for a fun, enriching way to see the island, this tour is 100% worth it. Big thanks to our guide, Johnny, for making it unforgettable!

This was a great tour and our guide Matt was amazing. He engaged the group, told funny stories, and allowed the group to be at ease. Only issue was the pick up location. The booking email had one address near my hotel and the day of text had a different address 2 miles away, so I had to uber in fear of not being picked up. Oh well. The tour covered everything you could possibly need to be immersed in the island. 5 star. Make sure you take cash to tip.

Make sure you check very closely where the pickup is at. It tells you the wrong address on the booking and then you have to find somewhere on your confirmation, if you get one, it could be a text message or it could be an email, different directions. They won’t contact you or answer you either if you can’t find the location. Me and my partner waited for 40 minutes, we arrived 10 minutes prior and kept trying to contact someone only for no one to help us. Finally we received a text and a call letting us know that the bus was long gone. As this was our last day on the island, we leave the day after, we couldn’t book the next day. The guy that my partner talked to, Kentucky, was very rude and passive aggressive, stating that we were the only ones that misses it, he saw our number, and decided not to contact us or call us back. I called the Viator support team, only for them to also make a passive aggressive comment saying that the company didn’t answer me because they were busy booking tours, she later called them and said that they didn’t answer, which isn’t surprising since I had already told her they weren’t answer. All in all this was a very upsetting experience due to the lack of availability to be able to contact someone and their response being to place the blame on us when this is a occurrence that can happen regardless.

It was a long day. We were able to experience a lot of things we wouldn't have been able to do or see on our own. Tons of fun facts. Great fellow travels on the bus as well.
