Tour guide Sarah was polite, prompt and safe. The shoreline route was very scenic. However: The lunch stop was decent but infested with flies. Annoying and just not ok. We could barely hear Sarah over the van’s loudspeaker. Sarah did not offer any background to places we saw or passed by. for example: “cemetery on the right”, or “school on the left,” or “white sand beach on right”. Very little or no context / understanding of what we viewed. Sorry, tour could have been better & more engaging.

Not as advertised!!!

Except for our tour guide Summer and the scenery everything was not as advertised. Except for our tour guide Summer and the scenery the rest was a disaster . Vehicle pictured was the same as our three other reservations that held 1-12 passengers making our family of 8 think we had a personal tour. Not even close. Bus that came made multiple pickups for more more than thirty people. With a family of eight and a wheelchair we sat furthest back. Big mistake ! The air conditioning was not working ! The bus needed new shocks very hard ride unlike our other 3 tours. Snacks and cold drinks were promised on our signup sheet when I paid for this tour but none were provided. Waiting to hear from Viator as to a refund.
