The Missouri should NOT be missed. My preteen/teen kids loved it and weren’t bored at all. If you go to the lower level where the mess halls are and the kamikaze info is it can be claustrophobic bc the in the ship walking is a lot. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Very quick tour at Arizona memorial. Lots to see. A very moving experience. Allow time as we didn't get a chance to do museum

Tour was very good except the weather was bad so we didn't get to go to the Arizona memorial. Tour guide Art was super. Very helpful and gave lots of good information along the way. Missouri was amazing and Pearl movie and exhibits were amazing. Good way to spend the day and learn about our history. Highly recommended.

This is not a guided tour of Pearl Harbor. Thet drive you there and dump you in the parking lot. Lots of verbiage about O'ahu on the way there and back which was very difficult to understand due to the noisy environment.
Recommend that you drive there and organise your own tours on site.

Poor communication—Rude employee
Unable to pick up at our location, therefore had to cancel and purchase tickets elsewhere. Waiting on refund

It was a great tour! We learned a lot of historical information we never knew before about the USS Arizona and USS Missouri. It was very emotional to be on the Arizona. The grounds at Pearl Harbor are beautiful

The tour guide provided lots of background about Hawaii during transportation. We learned a lot, especially my kids.
Peral Harbor itself is an educational place for people to remember the dark side of war.

The tour itself was amazing! Our guide was 45 minutes late due to another tour he was doing which was VERY disappointing and impacted our plans.
Michelle_W, Feb 2026
Amazing and emotional experience. Clift our guide made it so easy to make sure we didn’t miss a thing.

The shuttle company sent a notice the day prior with the exact location and time to pick us up. The morning of, Viator sent a note with a different location and time. CONFUSING and STRESSFUL! The correct place was the location the shuttle company gave the day before. Shuttle company called my cell looking for us and we had to scurry to the correct location. Shuttle driver said Viator sends that conflicting note all the time even tho told “don’t do that”! Shuttle driver was great! Gave a steady dialogue of points of interest going out and back. Added much to the enjoyment of the trip!! Regarding the memorial, wasn’t what I expected. A military precision assembly line getting out and back, 20 minutes at the memorial and then back in line to depart, and don’t miss your boat. Missouri far more relaxing, you can tour with a guide or wander on your own. Amazing ship, how are such vessels designed and built. Shuttle driver advised some tour guides are great, some not so much. Ours was in the “not so much” category and we ditched and toured on our own. In summary, wasn’t the experience I had dreamed of, not blaming Viator or the shuttle driver, the assembly line of the memorial didn’t allow time to soak up the great significance of the events that led to the memorial. Get in line, board the boat, get off the boat, walk through the memorial, get back in line, get back on the boat, bye bye. We are glad we included in our trip, but now that we’ve done it, would never return.

Everyone including Robert our tour guide was informative. Very courteous of restroom breaks, time he would be back at van with air on for ones who were finished. Never really knew about Japanese and China. About the oil. Just so interesting!

Our guide, Arlain, was very prompt and very knowledgeable. We visited the Arizona Memorial and then the Missouri. It was a very enjoyable day and Arlain kept us entertained.

Only giving 4 stars because of the price. Viator charges $155 when the Arizona Memorial is actually free with a $1.00 processing fee for a ticket. Battleship Missouri is a $39.00 charge. You’re basically paying the extra $115.00 for transportation. The guide only drove us back and forth. This does not provide a guided tour inside. I would recommend taking an Uber or driving yourself and Dave the extra $115.00

Communication problems and only one beautiful navy boat Missouri for over 300 dollars it's very EXPENSIVE.
never again !!!!!
lee_m, Nov 2025
Viator tours should have informed us that we would be on Karma tours, that made it confusing. It appear like fraud to us.

It’s a lot of walking. Our guide Robert was amazing and really took good care of us. He spoiled us.!!

You get handed off to a 3rd party transportation, who, in our case texted us the night before to inform us that we wouldn't be getting picked up at our hotel as promised, but instead at a hotel a couple of blocks away. Once on board, they attempt to explain to you that they drop you outside the gate, and then you try to remember the procedure they want you to follow about going in, getting admitted, then returning to the driver, then going back in and trying to keep the order of events of where to go, what to do. Nothing in print for you to follow. A bit of a cluster. We managed our way through. This was a bucket list thing for us. The Arizona excursion gives you 15 minutes, then back on the transfer boat to the main area. It's a very sobering event, just being there. You take a transfer bus to the Missouri. Some of the ship was under refurbishment, so it was off limits. A little discouraging. Everything considered, we did what we came to do, experience what it must have been like for all those on that fateful day. Was disappointed at how unorganized the approach was, but wouldn't have detoured us from being there.

Ro-Ro was very knowledgeable and funny, we had a great time! The memorial was amazing, so much information and such wonderful views.
Lynn_M, Oct 2025
It was little confusing when checking in and the stand by line. Representatives seemed overwhelmed by volume of people checking in and I feel was not clear in explaining.
Jeffrey_F, Oct 2025
Arlaine was an excellent tour guide. Friendly and informative. Easily got into and out of the Arizona memorial and Missouri battleship.
Marcel_S, Oct 2025
We were very pleased with this tour......we r on the Holland America Koningsdam and they offered a much less extensive tour for much more money!
Art was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history.
Andre_B, Oct 2025
Needs to start early to give best chance of going on boat to see Arizona ship. Guide gave full commentary both on the way to the museum and on the return journey.
Alice_K, Oct 2025
Great tour guide/driver- liked the Midway in San Diego better from a knowledge perspective, but this was more of a memorial vs learning trip
Michele_t, Oct 2025
It was very organized and offered an excellent experience of Pearl Harbor. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and offered valuable information.
Carolyn_P, Oct 2025
What a wonderful tour! Clift is an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to tour both the Arizona and Missouri battleship…
Elaine_H, Oct 2025
We were excited to go to Pearl Harbour but it started bad and deteriorated quickly. We were told the night before the tour that the pick up had changed, instead of being picked up at the hotel we had a thirty minute walk in an area we didn’t know so booked an uber for 0645 . Got to pick up point in plenty of time. When our tour guide arrived she informed us that the Arizona memorial was undergoing restoration and we couldn’t access it. I asked if we would be refunded for that part of the experience and the tour guide erupted telling my friend and I she wouldn’t allow us on the bus that she was cancelling our trip and wouldn’t be returning any monies. Went on a tirade for a good few minutes at a crowded bus stop, constantly repeating that she had 22 customers and we would “ruin the vibe”. There would be no refund for any part, at no point were we responding as she was in such a state. She then reluctantly allowed us on but the uncomfortable atmosphere was created. Imagine our disbelief when the third pick up point was our hotel where we were originally told was were we were getting picked up. We had got up an hour earlier than necessary spent $15 to get a bus that brought us to our hotel When we arrived at our destination it was chaos as everything was closed we couldn’t park anywhere so she decided to start at the Missouri which was excellent. A very informative guide gave great incite into the signing of the charter ending the Second World War. The ship itself was fascinating. On the way back to the park the ferry to the Arizona was back up and running but only one an hour. We managed to get stand by tickets to board but nobody from the group got on the first ferry and the next one was at 1 30pm it is a 45 minute journey and the bus was leaving at 2. When one of the group asked if we could wait till 2 30 they were told to order a taxi to get home. Thankfully headquarters called everyone and told them to take the ferry and they would delay the departure by thirty minutes to allow us to take the trip across. Thank goodness the return journey was uneventful. Had to laugh when she put a note up looking for a $50 tip

Wonderful place and staff. My wife and I had a great time. This was one of the best experiences we have had in some time.
