Saw lots of natural Hawaiian beauty. Enjoyed great food. Our driver Wiii was outstanding. He provided historical and cultural background that significantly added to our enjoyment. He was a safe driver and had an excellent sense of humor.

Summer was entertaining and informative. It was unfortunate that the storm runoff kept us from being able to got to the beach but what can ya do? Acts of nature and all. Much prefer to be safe.

The tour was nice, but because of weather we couldn't do the snorkeling and our AC want working, but they didn't send us a new bus half way in. Sarah our guide was awesome, she drove safely and and was very knowledgeable. I know they have no control of weather, but it would be nice to have a good substitute. Especially since that was the great thing to look forward to for second half of the tour. Which made us restless, because it was only beaches we passed by, so it became very mundane and restless.

We were very excited about this tour, especially chose as a snorkeling option was included. Due to pollution we were told that part was cancelled, but not until we got on the bus. It was disappointing they couldn’t let traveller's know this ahead of time to cancel if they wanted. However, the worst part of this trip was the lack of a tour guide. It made me realize how a good tour guide can enrich these bus tours. Our guide imparted no historical or cultural facts about any of the stops. They barely spoke. We had no notice of the stop coming up, timetable, etc. We would just be dumped at the next site and told we had 15 minutes. The food truck stop was not the one mentioned and was gross (dirty surroundings next to a 7-11). We passed the large food truck area shortly after and wondered why this tour hadn’t chosen that one. Choose a different tour company, as this one clearly doesn’t set expectations or training for their drivers to provide interesting facts and history. Very disappointing for the price tag!

I had such high hopes based on the reviews. But this tour was awful from the start. First, we were told that we would be picked up at our hotel, which was not the case. We had to walk a few blocks to meet the bus. The bus had horrible suspension on horrible roads, which made for an extremely bumpy ride to the point it was painful. Our tour guide was monotoned, had almost no information on the places we went, and generally seemed uninterested in telling us about Hawaii. Then as we were leaving our lunch spot, she hit the edge of the roof of the building, shattering 2 windows on the bus. This caused glass to rain down on passengers. No EMS was called and no offers to aid were made by the tour. (Thankfully, there was a healthcare worker on our tour who helped and ensured no one was injured.) Upon switching busses, we noticed the back emergency window on the new bus was loose and rattling. Additionally, this bus suspension was only slightly better, so the bumpy ride continued. When we were dropped off to swim for an hour on a very small beach, my husband and I decided to leave the tour (notifying the guide) and pay an Uber to drive us over an hour back to our hotel. This tour was not worth the cost.

This tour company changes your start times and departure points on the last day before tour start date., this is highly unethical & jitca good business practice. So thus means the description on Viator had on their app was false. We complained to Viatuor but the problem was not fiixed. Our pick up point from Double Tree Hilton in Waikiki was cancelled abruptly., So, we want to make everyone aware of this inconvenience.
On the other hand the tour guide &!its itinerary were good: it truly covered the entire island of OAahU., the tour guide was very entertaining .

The good: The overall tour day/stops are good, I enjoyed the sites visited and it was a great way to pack a large number of locations and stops into my day. The bus was clean and ready for guests. The host provided valuable information during the tour. Planning a day like that and finding my own way would take too much effort. Overall, this tour is a good value for the money.
The bad: The tour vehicle and host could use improvement. The tour bus was very uncomfortable. It was too hot on the bus even though it was barely 80 degrees outside. Also, the bus needs shocks or struts to reduce the jarring ride. Each bump was uncomfortable and sometimes painful, even leading to headaches. Although the host provided interesting information during the tour, many times we received endless nonstop rambling that provided no value. I think it's OK to have periods where the guide is not talking.
