What a FANTASTIC TOUR with our driver/tour guide AUGUST (Oahu Grand Circle Island and Haleiwa Tour). August was great 100%; very knowledgeable, professional, (( was traveling Solo with a group of people I did not know prior to tour) and August offered on ALL stops to take pictures of me "capturing the landscape, signs, etc. We had a delicious lunch at Tanaka's Shrimp Shack and August had me find a table, sit down and he picked up my lunch from counter up front and brought to me along with drink. August was helpful to the other passengers as well but showed a genuine caring interest with me because I was traveling along. All the tour spots we stopped at were so beautiful, interesting and awesome views. I learned SO MUCH while on the tour with August. I plan to travel to Oahu again and I would definitely book this same tour again. Thank you SO MUCH August for a wonderful tour!!!

The guide did seem to rush everyone at each stop and we did not do everything on the itinerary.

HORRIBLE TOUR BEWARE
1. The air conditioning in the bus did not work. It was so bad, that other participants abandoned the tour and took an uber back to their hotel. I even called in advance because there are many reviews that say AC does not work and they assured me that it did.
2. Tour instructions say to bring cash because there will be stores that do not take credit card and only cash. THIS IS A LIE. Everywhere we went, they took credit/debit and many refused to take cash. The only reason why they ask you to bring cash is to ask for tips for the driver/tour guide. That is it. It was obvious too that where they took us to eat, was coordinated and the driver got kickbacks.
3. The tour guide was not really that good. She spoke about things like we were an inconvenience. It was almost like she was being forced to do something she didn’t want to. Lazy work comes to mind.
Overall the experience sucked and I would not recommend at all.

Our driver & guide Henry was fantastic, kept us entertained while driving safely & touching down regularly on most tourist attractions like the snorkelling at Turtle Bay beach & exploring the Hawaii landscape as well as the Dole plantation famous for its high quality pineapples & a variety of macadamia nuts tasting, Diamond’s Head, volcanic coral rocks, shrimp lunch

An engaging and very worthwhile trip to see main highlights of the island of Oahu. Plenty of breaks and suberb food stops. Snorkeling experience with turtles cherry on the cake. Johnny the guide is very professional and knowledgeable - looked after us all very well and made it a great day, keeping us all entertained. This is a good trip to take at start of holiday to familiarise you to the island especially if you're going to hire a car.

The tour was interesting with many stops. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. The bus was a little old and the air conditioner was not working. It was very hot in the van! The microphone was not working correctly the whole time which made it hard to hear her. The lunch was not that great. It would have been nice to stop at the food trucks that were nearby.

A/C did not work full strength. Beach stop was disappointing! We must’ve passed 2-3 nice bleaches and stopped at a rocky beach and were told to ignore the unhoused people (there were several encampments). Little to no sand area.

Overall I’m glad I got to experience another part of the island. However, I would not recommend this tour company to provide that experience. It seems that we knowingly were transported on a bus without a functioning air conditioner. The bus was extremely warm. The driver pulled off the road a least 20 times to turn the bus off and back on again to try and fix it. We made stops not listed on the itinerary (souvenir shops that seemed unnecessary). Our driver made us choose between beach time and the Dole Plantation because she did not have enough time to take us to both. Therefore, we were not able to experience Dole Plantation even though it was a highlighted stop of the tour. We were not able to snorkel because our beach time was at a beach not listed on the itinerary. The one highlight of the tour was being able to spot turtles at the beach.

The experience was great. Lots of stops with plenty of views and photo opportunities. The air conditioning in the bus wasn't working and the afternoon sun in the bus was hot and miserable.

It was an informative trip to the north shore and around. Our driver Summer was a wealth of knowledge and amazing ! Got stuck in bad traffic on the way home, but our group on the van was fun. Highly recommend !

Initial pickup was 40 minutes late and the return pickup from snorkeling stop was 20 minutes late. Both delays pushed others in our group to shorten part of our tour. The vehicle was “tired” both inside and out.

The air conditioning in the back of the bus was out. Even though the driver did all that she could, the people on the bus were rude and were yelling things at poor Antie who tried to make everything better. It was a nightmare because the A/C wasn't working. It was hot and people were angry. The one thing my children got to see was how not to act when something goes wrong. I loved the driver. She was amazing! There was 7 of us and I am from Honolulu. Things couldn't be helped.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Advertisement states air conditioned vehicle included. For a 10 hour tour the air conditioning did not work. After at least 18 times stopped in side of road for driver to try to cool down the engine so air conditioning would work, still no air. Emailing the company did nothing but being sent an apology but nothing done about the fact that we paid for an experience that was not given!

It is an all day trip, so be prepared to be on the road for at least 10 hours. Overall I learned about the island and the culture, and we visited historical places that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

The way to know the entire Island in one excursion, all the places were amazing except the snarking, we saw a few turtles but seem like a homeless area , smells like urine too, you can avoid this stop and just stay in the bus , the rest of the places amazing our Tour guide Linna incredible very kind polite, great vibes amazing asset for this company, any company would be blessed to have employees like her…

The itinerary is similar to ask the other tours but it is the driver that would make a huge difference to make the experience enjoyable. Out bus did not have a properly working ac and it was at times unbearably uncomfortable. Our driver was talking about her health issues , use of natural remedies, her distrust in pharma and social commentaries rather than providing meaningful information about the places we were visiting. The itinerary was confusing at times. We were dropped off at the Ritz Carlton in Turtle Bay ,a private property with no relation to the tour for swimming/snorkeling . The people that did not want to go to the beach were supposed to be taken to Haleiwa instead but were left off at the beach and there was just a drive by later through the town. The driving was rough and scary at times and the bus was rattling all over. The AC issue was really unpleasant. May be other people had a better experience and this was just an isolated event but I would be very hesitant and reluctant about using this tour in the future or recommending it.

As it was our first trip to hawaii we had high hopes for this tour. We expected an opportunity to see the best the island has to offer. Unfortunately what we got instead was a 2nd rate commercial shopping trip.
Instead of focusing on the beautiful nature that hawaii is renowned for, this trip seemed focused on how many spots they could take us to where we could spend money. Kickbacks anyone?
All the people on this tour were staying in waikiki so we didn't need to take a bus trip to go to another souvenir shop.
We were also looking forward to snorkelling as part of the trip, but the guide said they didn't bother bringing the snorkel equipment. We drove by some absolutely beautiful beaches, yet stopped at an inlet to swim which was unattractive and definitely not inviting to swim in.
To top it off we had to listen to our guides conspiracy theories all day.
I wish I could take back our decision to choose this tour. Sadly I cannot, but I can warn others to look elsewhere

Lena was a great tour guide. It was our second time visiting O'ahu but nice to have a local's perspective of the island 🤙. Lots of good coffee stops on the tour.
Only complaint was the bus suspension, not a deal breaker or anything but made for quite a bumpy ride.

There are plenty of stops, lots of restroom breaks, and a lot of food. It is a good way to see all that the island has to offer outside of Waikiki. Leonard's was my favorite along with the chicken. Do not misunderstand all the food was great.
Tour Guide/Driver Will was outstanding, awesome, and very attentive.
Two more things...we saw lots of sea turtles at the beach and a Monk Seal with her baby on shore (protective species). Amazing!
