What a FANTASTIC TOUR with our driver/tour guide AUGUST (Oahu Grand Circle Island and Haleiwa Tour). August was great 100%; very knowledgeable, professional, (( was traveling Solo with a group of people I did not know prior to tour) and August offered on ALL stops to take pictures of me "capturing the landscape, signs, etc. We had a delicious lunch at Tanaka's Shrimp Shack and August had me find a table, sit down and he picked up my lunch from counter up front and brought to me along with drink. August was helpful to the other passengers as well but showed a genuine caring interest with me because I was traveling along. All the tour spots we stopped at were so beautiful, interesting and awesome views. I learned SO MUCH while on the tour with August. I plan to travel to Oahu again and I would definitely book this same tour again. Thank you SO MUCH August for a wonderful tour!!!

Not all of the activity were followed through with
for our tour. They went right past the snorkeling part even though the were many people including other tour busses stopped thier. My Wife was very disappointed about this and when er complained they told us the sea was too rough. Bs

My flight was delayed and I missed the notice about the pickup‑location change. Unfortunately, you didn’t send me a message to inform me about this adjustment.
The original pickup point you gave was the nearest to my hotel. Could you explain why you changed the pickup location
Johnny from Aloha Tours was punctual and knowledgeable. He made sure we were taken care of during the tour.
This was a really great tour that shows you the island outside of Waikiki. Our tour leader was friendly, and very knowledgeable of the island and its history. The itinerary itself is kind of loose based on weather and other factors but we still hit the main spots. There were plenty of opportunities to shop, and the lunch spot was DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend for those wanting to get a full experience of the island.
There are many opportunities to eat at the stops so don’t eat before you go on the tour. Our tour guide was Wiil— he was great!
It’s a great way to see different parts of the island when you don’t have time or want to explore by yourself. Leena was super friendly and helpful.

We were so lucky to have such an amazing guide. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and she really made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great experience throughout the entire tour. She gave us so many helpful recommendations and interesting information about the island.
What I loved most about this tour is that it felt like we got to see the very best landscapes of Oahu all in one day. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect and we unfortunately couldn’t do the snorkeling, I was still extremely happy with the experience.
The timing and organization of the tour were excellent, and the food was delicious! Everything was very well planned and comfortable from beginning to end.
And I absolutely love my souvenir — the Exotic Hawaiian Flower Calendar! 🌺 Such a beautiful and thoughtful gift 😀
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Oahu without having to plan everything themselves. Mahalo for such a wonderful day! 🌴🌺
Driver was outstanding. Thanks Summer for the knowledge and entertainment. However there were too many stops involving shopping. Insufficient time to explore the actual sights.
The Island tour was great we got to see a lot of the islands beauty and stop and have some of their treats and coffee which was wonderful.
Great experience! Junior our driver and guide was enthusiastic, made sure everyone had a great time and were safe. Highly recommend!
Tour was cancelled. Waited 30 mins for the pick up that never was going to show up. This is the message from tour operator:
"Unfortunately, due to an error on our end, we missed your reservation and were not able to include you on today’s manifest. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience!"
It was wonderful she was so informative loved everyone moments we came last year as well and had the same driver she is the best 10/10 recommend
The driver John was amazing. I am still on the fence about the locations on this tour. However, it was a fun first tine experience and to meet new people.

Our vehicle was not in a good condition. It was making lot of noise. Air conditioners was also making lot of noise & because of that we couldn’t hear the guide at all.

Very nice tour and sweet driver BUT, for me, the tour lacked real substance! I enjoyed the many stops and points of interest but, as a result of this tour, I was hoping to know MORE about Hawaii's formation, its culture and people!
I was mesmerized by the thick vegetation and mountainside.

The itinerary published by the company was not followed by the driver or guide, missed some places we supposed to visit because of poor time management. We barely hear anything about the tour because of broken microphone.

Our tour guide today 08/08/26, paid for our food during the tour bu his own choice. He then demanded money I didn’t know I was supposed to pay in front of our whole tour group and threatened to abandon me and my minor aged daughter on the North shore.

Aloha Sunshine rescheduled our Oahu Grand Circle Island Experience tour due to "vehicle breakdown requiring servicing" the night before and then canceled our rescheduled tour the night before. I was promised a full refund, and have yet to be refunded and Viator is having trouble getting a response from Aloha Sunshine. Do your research before booking.

Our tour guide Brian was great. The scenery was breathtaking…but the snorkeling was a big disappointment. The water was nothing but mud. You would not want to get in the water. They need to take this option off their website.

Very worth while however the PA system was lacking. It was hard to understand the guide. Also no AC on the bus made the ride very hot and uncomfortable

Exploring Oahu in the island heat without proper air conditioning and having trouble hearing your guide’s commentary is certainly not the comfortable, enjoyable experience we want for our guests. We sincerely apologize for how tough and uncomfortable this made your ride.
Please know that we take vehicle maintenance very seriously. We have passed your review directly to our fleet management team to inspect and repair the bus’s air conditioning unit and sound system immediately so this is resolved for future tours.

The driver was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the vehicle’s speaker system made it difficult to understand/hear her commentary. The air conditioning on the bus was barely functioning, and it was very warm in the bus all day. We passed many beautiful beaches, but the beach where we stopped for snorkeling, was not beautiful. It did have turtles, which was nice to see, but the water was brown, muddy, and the shore rocky. you weren’t able to see anything underwater because of those conditions.
