This was not whale watching tour, it’s just a boat tour taking along side of the beaches and coming back in given time. There was no intention of showing the whales.

Dillon, John and Chad were friendly and professional. The scenery and pacific blue were mesmerizing and dreamy. We saw several whales breaching and diving from a short distance. It was brilliant.

We did 8am experience (29/12/25) and managed to see hawaiian spinner dolphins, flying fish and humpback whales. The 1.5 hour trip did go fast, I would have paid for a longer option if it was available. Humpback whales, I'm told, are best seen during December to March while they migrate so seeing them outside this time frame might be difficult.
Toilets, drinks and snacks were available on the boat and was also accessible to people with mobility issues. A great morning well spent and great value for money.

This is a snorkeling tour, not whale tour, we dont operate whale tours in the off-season.

The staff were very friendly. They did everything possible to ensure a whale sighting. After a doubtful search, lo and behold a whale came up to the surface multiple times. All in all, a great day.

The boat ride was nice to the area where you wait for Whales to appear. The only thing I saw was there water spouts shooting up out of the water so it was a little disappointing so be prepared for that to happen only.

It was a breathtaking experience seeing the dolphins, clear blue skies, crystal clear water, and the majestic humpback whales! We learned lots of interesting whale and island facts, and the 90 minute trip was the perfect amount of time on the choppy waves. Thrilling experience!

Chad (the captain) and Isaiah were phenomenal! The comedy and knowledge were out of this world! I truly enjoyed this adventure. We were able to follow around a couple whales and call them to surface with Isaiah’s perfect rendition of the chicken call! Great crew!

The earlier tour had reported there is no whale and at our tour at 10:am, we didn’t see any whale either. I had bought 4 tickets and I asked them to refund a money for 2 tickets and the woman in charge was very rude and very harshly refused my request. I’m travelling back to Canada and basically I have wasted my money. It wasn’t a good experience.

As stated in our Guarantee Policy, if no whales are seen, guests are welcome to join another morning tour (8:00 AM or 10:00 AM) within 7 days at no extra charge. However, we do not offer refunds for missed sightings, as this is clearly outlined in our policy.

We had a wonderful time with Rylee, Isaiah, Clint, and Chad. They were a great crew. We saw whales, a momma and her baby. We think we saw 2 sets, as one baby appeared to be smaller. It was a perfect day for whale watching.

Was a very enjoyable boat ride. We saw a sea turtle and a rainbow but were not able to see any Whales. But we were offered to go out again for free another time. We were not able to go another time because was getting ready to leave the island. I appreciate that they offered to go again and enjoyed the trip anyway.

There was very little communication both before the trip and during the trip.
We were not picked up at 7:20 as arranged (a the last minute) and were sure we were missing the boat at 8. They finally sent someone around 7:45.
On the boat it was a young inexperienced crew. They didn’t tell us much. Could have talked about the whales and what to expect. Interesting the gal had the most to say in the last few minutes of the trip when she was asking for tips and reviews!
Would not recommend.

Transportation available from Waikiki Hotel area. Great boat ride. Crew calls out when whales are spotted as well a passengers. Sit on the balcony or front of the boat if on lower level. Be ready to hang on at all times. Granola bars available for snack. Family had a great time on the boat ride seeing whales and the city skyline from the Ocean. Great view of Diamond Head from the boat as well.

This was our non-whale watching trip. They said that because we didn't see whales on the trip we could spend $7 each to come back again for another trip. When I called to ask about the $7 trip. I only had one day open on Tuesday. They informed me that they don't go out on Tuesday's and Thursdays. We had plans the rest of the week until we left on Thursday to go back home. The crew was very informative on the Whales.
