This boat and crew are awesome… they do there best to put you on whales, but right out the gate we saw dolphins doing a show and Sea turtles cruising. We did see some spouts and one hump but due to bad weather recently the whales were very shy. On the way back to dock we had an up close encounter with a monk seal right at the boat.

Restrooms were stinky. Mai Tai served did not taste like Mai Tai. They only provided chips. We were only able to see one or two whales and just the tails! We waited for more than an hour for the whales to come out! Will not do this tour again.

We did not get to see the whales the two times we went out but the staff was so funny and amazing it was still worth it. We did get to see dolphins and a sea turtle. Drinks and snacks were included, plenty of shade area if needed and two bathrooms. We traveled as a family of 6, two kids.

The crew was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Snacks and drinks were plentiful. The welcome aboard mai tai was a fun surprise! The boat was in good condition and clean. We found some whales right away. We watched the whales frolic in the sunshiney water the whole time. We lucked out with some amazing weather.

End of Whale season, so wasn’t expecting to see anything. Was pleasantly surprised to that we saw a turtle and spinning dolphins! We saw some whale spouting but not the whale. It was a beautiful morning and we enjoyed it.

No whale or animal facts. Just loud country music over audio system.Little interaction with customers. The boat is nice and it was a beautiful morning to be on the water. Saw no whales.

They put us on the pink sails ship; captain and crew were so great! Nice ride and beautiful views. Snacks come with it! You can drink on pink sails. Kids are welcome but bring a life jacket!

We're going a little too fast chasing whales on a windy day, so the bow if the boat got drenched and we were rocking a lot. Dont eat breakfast before you go on a windy day. We saw a few spouts and a tail fin. And we saw one spyhop. That was disappointing because that's about the same that we saw in December on a previous trip. We were hoping to see more since the whales are more abundant in Februar.
That being said the guys were funny and they all tried their best to have us see what we came out for. The price was way better than other options. I'd say it's an okay trip, just know your limits and dont expect the whales to perform.

Experience in itself was fine. The kids driving the boat and telling about the whales were fantastic. The guy at the booth was rude. Wouldn’t explain anything and very push off as I was bothering him to ask any questions just because of that I would not return there there’s too many other options out there to have somebody that’s working with the public be so rude.

This was such a fun adventure even though we didn't see any whales. The crew was fantastic - made everyone feel welcome and safe and looked after us all very well. The crew were very knowledgeable about whales and freely shared this with everyone. Because no whales were visible everyone was offered a free repeal experince - this was a true reflection of their passion for what they do and the desire to ensure, as much as possible within their means, that everyone can experience the wonder of seeing a whale up close!!
There was an ample supply of free drinks and snacks as well.

No whales. One hour out and one hour back. They tried to get everyone to rebook and several of the couples we talked to already re booked and same thing happened. Do not book with them or you will lose money. And there is a 7.00 fuel surcharge you have to pay I'm cash they don't tell you about until you get there. No refunds on anything. Little hard to book when you have other events and several customers voiced thier opinions about the way they keep your money.

Fuel charge should be added to price when you purchase ticket. Not a surprise when you get there. Would have bought the ticket anyway. Boat ride nice. Never saw any whales. A few spouts of water. But as I am older, I found it difficult to see with so many younger people rushing to the back of the boat to look. Too many people standing in front of us made it impossible to see anything. It felt like a safety issue. I would not recommend this ride to anyone.

If you buy your tickets through Viator, or any other third party, there will be additional fees. I thought everything was covered when I bought my tickets , but not so.
The weather doesn’t always cooperate and neither do the whales.

The crew were very friendly and I loved the music they played. First trip out was in the afternoon and was very windy so after a half an hour ride we had to turn back around. Got to rebook for later in the week. Second was much better light waves. Did not spot any whales but saw a big turtle and it was a very nice boat ride. Got beverages and light snacks. Whales have minds of their own. So you can’t blame the tour operator for not seeing any whales. There was at least 3 other boats around our boat doing the same thing. One boat called our boat and said they saw the whales deep in the water but they never breached the water. I would still recommend this crew for your next cruise.
