I have done parasailing before so this was nothing new. The experience is always awesome. Being so high up was so thrilling and exciting. Wish it was longer. I don’t think 3–4 minutes is enough

Don’t waste your time or money booking, she is such a scammer, don’t even bother paying for pics, she charges extra $45 and takes you 2 blurry pics and give you a hard drive to go download on the computer and once you get home, you realize you already paid and got scammed
Secondly, the parasailing is only for 7 minutes for each person, worst if you solo you can’t do it alone, she will pair you with another . But her description gave options for 1 person and lie about doing this for an hour or so, do not book, it’s total rip off

Each flight time in the air can vary depending on ocean conditions, weather, and group size, but our crew always does their best to keep everyone flying as long as possible while maintaining a safe and smooth operation.
Regarding solo flights, we do not offer individual solo parasailing, and guests are typically paired for safety and balance. We apologize if there was any confusion, and we would appreciate knowing where this may have been indicated so we can review and correct it if needed.
As for the photos, we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with that portion of your experience. Our photo packages are optional, and we always aim to provide clear and memorable images. Your feedback is important, and we will be addressing this with our team.

We had a wonderful time. They had to change our time because of wind conditions, which was fine. They gave us more height because of the inconvenience. They didn’t have to do that. We really enjoyed ourselves.

They rushed us, the 1 hour tour was done in less than 25 mins. Parasailing on air was about 5 mins. Really not worth for the price.

The guys were cool, but it wasn’t 1,000 ft up, or 10 minutes worth of hang time. They did get some decent pictures out of the 450 taken for the $45 photo package.

The “1,000 ft” refers to the length of the line (tow rope) that is let out from the boat, not the vertical height above the water. Due to factors like wind, boat speed, and safety angles, guests typically reach a lower actual height than the full line length.

It was great and the crew was very friendly, it was supposed to be an hour long however, we were only out on the water for maybe 30/40 minutes. They cycled through 5 groups in that time so I don’t think we got our guaranteed 6 minutes in the air. Very safe and great ride just very fast for the amount you pay

The experience was good, the only thing I didn't like was the hidden and ridiculous fees like fuel fee 😒, really?

Your comparison to airline fuel fees is understandable, and we acknowledge how that can feel frustrating from a guest’s perspective.
Our fuel fee is not intended to be hidden or misleading, but rather to help us manage the very real and fluctuating costs of operating our vessels safely and responsibly. Fuel prices in Hawaii can vary significantly, and our boats require a substantial amount of fuel to operate safely offshore while meeting Coast Guard regulations and environmental standards. Instead of raising base tour prices across the board, we separate this cost so guests can clearly see how pricing is structured and so we can adjust fairly when fuel costs change.
That said, your feedback is extremely valuable. It reminds us how important clear communication is, and we will continue working to ensure that all fees are as transparent and well explained as possible before guests arrive.
