The experience was perfect. Well organized, Denny walked us through the needed information and we set out to the water. The morning of I received a text with the exact information and location of pick up to ensure there was no miss communication.

Our guide sent us a message to make sure we got to the right spot to be picked up and taken to the jet ski site. Note: make sure you arrive with your water/swim clothes on because there is no place to change clothes.This experience is really great for first timers. Although there is a cost, you can get lots of pics that includes you on a jet ski with diamond head in the background. The guide will take pics of you jet skiing and you can purchase them if you wish. An excellent memory in Hawaii!

This was lit the jet skis were very sturdy and made you comfortable to drive them on the water the instructor was very cool and laid back and he explained everything to us they were easy instructions.

Was so much fun. The guy that took us was so professional, very helpful and great at explaining how to use the Jet ski and what not to do. I felt great letting my boys writing on their own.

I never got to go on the jet ski. I found the meeting point ambiguous (with no one available to receive/check me in) and ended up going to the wrong vendor only to be redirected to the vendor I booked, by which time, my appointment time had passed. I waited an hour for anyone to show up and when they did, the provider told me there is nothing he could do. I am not happy with the was the vendor handled the situation. The two guys came off very apathetic and refused to accommodate me; asking me to call “trip advisor.”

Small circle, perfect for 2 but too small for 4 riders or even more. Jetskis have an automatic brake system which slows you down even if you overtake from the inside of the course.
Charges $40 for pictures.

Going in circles around the Base of where our instructor would watch us (while waiting for our time to be up on the Jet Skis) , instructor took photos of us ( $40 ) , but unfortunately one of the Jet Skis was out of service, so 1/4 of us had to share a jet ski instead of riding solo.

The course is larger than expected with sights like ship wrecks and a WW2 bunker. Overall fun experience for couples and great photos with Diamond Head in the background.

Joel was an amazing guide. So patient and knowledgeable. They don't allow cellphones on the skis for any reason but they take photos for you. Very reasonably priced! We even saw four sea turtles!!! 😍

We waited 30 minutes at the pier. They never showed up!!! When we called the tour operator they said, “Oh, that was canceled. Weren’t you notified?” No I am fighting to get my money refunded.
I would not recommend either of these companies.

Great to get out of the Las Vegas heat and enjoy some waves the Watercraft were plenty powerful and my family really enjoyed the experience. Definitely worth the $$ our guide took great photos.
Little confusing to find since the state won’t let the company post signage follow the link on the voucher for directions to Sand Island.

I purchased 3 Solo Jet Ski but upon pick up at the boat dock we were informed that 1 of the jet ski is down. So therefore, I just had my 2 girls ride the jet ski & I became a spectator. But the management are planning to reimburse and give me credit since they couldn't accommodate for 3 solo jetski.

Excellent time. Arrival a little tricky as driving instructions were not accurate but locals happy to help. Arrive early to allow for this and enjoy. Well worth it!!!

We drove thirty minutes to the pickup location and waited one hour for the shuttle boat and personnel to show up, but nobody showed up and we were told that they were closed on that day and our successful booking is due to their website’s error. This is ridiculous.
