- Most surfaces are wheelchair accessible, since we do have ramps to the Bar, the Restrooms, and the Ohana Gift Shop, and outside surfaces of the luau have harder sand
- Motorized wheelchairs are allowed in most areas, however, Germaine's Luau will not be responsible for any damages to the electric mechanism for the chair due to sand, as our luau is on a private beachfront property.

This luau was a complete disappointment! We drove more than 1 hr in heavy traffic expecting and authentic local experience and was absolutely not worth it! They started about 2 hrs late. The host was extremely load and sounded like an over-the-top bad TV show announcer. Instead of experience Hawaiian dancers we have to watch amateurs trying to compete for applause… the performance's was poor and the food was even worse! We left before the show even ended. This is a tourist trap more than a cultural experience. For the price I was expecting a lot better! NO RECOMMEND! Don’t waste your money.

You really don’t eat until almost 7:30, so eat something beforehand! Pictures are quite expensive & I feel they should be included in the exorbitant price you pay for the Luau

Mahalo for your wonderful review. Yes, dinner service normally star's between 6:30pm and 6:45pm when all guest arrive. Depending on which Luau package is when your called to the buffet. Dinner normally ends at 7:30pm.

The bus ride is frankly the best part. I would save your money. The show was ok, the audience participation is funny. The house band is very good. The food was marginal at best. Not sure how it stacks up with other options. The location was s right in the middle of an industrial area. Food was a buffet style and the pork, fish, chicken and the beef was cold.

It was nice bt when I purchased these tikets I wasn't aware of different colors bands.. we had red, and others green, yellow and better treatment seats , souvenir and pictures, us red the botyom of the group it made us feel single out as the low less appropriate group...that ruined the whole experience. These tikets where pricy yet not worthy. I personally wouldn't recommend it. I gave it three stars for the tour guy and the dancers.

Was a fun evening. food was great. couldn't really see the stage on the really hard uncomfortable seats . We didn't know there was different packages and that we would be way down back.

I only have a few gripes… The bar was extremely slow, spent a lot of time in the beginning waiting in line… a line that barely moved. It was kind of outlandish. The seating was picnic tables which is fine, however I was not able to see over the people in front of me at all (at my same table) and found myself having to lean in to the aisle a lot, but it was a main walk way so ended up just standing. Also, lots of mosquitos - this is not a venue issue, but just something worth mentioning so the others reading this can prepare. Overall a great experience. The food was really good actually & drinks were pretty affordable. The shuttles bathroom was broken but the driver stopped about half way for a bathroom break for whoever needed one which was nice. The show was fun & engaging. The did a lot of shout outs for birthdays, engagements, etc. so if you are there or in Hawaii celebrating something special make sure to notate it on your booking or call them ahead of time. We ended up having 2 reservations with a total of 16 people and they were very kind when we called and had reserved us tables next to each other! Additionally, the dinner buffet was super quick and easy to get through, no long lines and plenty of food. A very organized process. To be honest we chose this luau because it was on the beach & had included transportation. It met my expectations.

Everything was great! Really enjoyed the show and the atmosphere. The only reason why I’m doing 4 stars instead of five is because the picnic style tables/benches are high and super uncomfortable when sitting for a long time. By the time the show begins, you are wiggling from one butt cheek to another trying to get comfortable. Benches don’t have cushions so it quickly becomes issue for the butt and the back (since it’s a bench there’s no back support). Other than that can’t complain. Food is good—simple but good!

Yes when attending a beachside Luau, we suggest dress casual and enjoy yourself. However, you are also welcome to dress up and wear comfortable shoes as you'll be walking on sand.

NOT worth your time or money. They charge $5 for parking so if you do go, make sure you take $5 cash. We went there expecting a lot of performances, dances, and fire dances. Instead there was a VERY large crowd, long line ups for drinks, long line ups for the activities. We tried to go walk out to the near by beach but were STOPPED and told we were not allowed out there. The food was NOT GOOD. We left early. They stopped all the performances during the dinner time which was a self serve buffet. We had a reserved table which was cool but honestly not worth it. Save your money and go do something else.

This is totally worth the experience. Good food, great entertainment! Would recommend for sure! Make sure to leave early as the traffic on weedkdays can be a challenge.

It rained and it was super windy and uncomfortable and I believe they should have just cancelled it instead we sat on wet tables and everyone around me were miserable so vibes weren’t there and just didn’t make for a good time. I will say Performers were great and friendly and did a great job even in rain and wind . Food nothing special and they lost my picture they took when we first arrived.

We had the best time ever at Germaine‘s Luau! I last went over 20 years ago, and it was just as great then as it is now. They make you feel like family and everyone is super attentive. The show is great and the food is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this luau over the others!!
