- Most surfaces are wheelchair accessible, since we do have ramps to the Bar, the Restrooms, and the Ohana Gift Shop, and outside surfaces of the luau have harder sand
- Motorized wheelchairs are allowed in most areas, however, Germaine's Luau will not be responsible for any damages to the electric mechanism for the chair due to sand, as our luau is on a private beachfront property.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The show was great as was the food. We did. It leave hungry. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Germaine's Luau!

Food was ok. Pulled pork was watery and no extra bbq sauce provided. Chicken was really good- best thing on plate, cake was the next best thing on plate. No idea what white square thing was - looked like tofu?

Mahalo for your review. The white square is Haupia made of coconut. My apologies, there should have been a sign indicating what it was.
Traditionally with our kalua pig (pulled pork). it's not served with BQQ sauce.

The experience was great. The MC was perfect for the show! We would of like to see more representation of Hawaiin style dance and Hula but the program was still really good and entertaining. The food was good, I do wish that there was more variety of Dessert and it should be covered as there was bugs flying around landing on the pieces of Vanilla cake. We did enjoy ourselves though, and really enjoyed the pig presentation.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. From the helpful gentleman on the gate, to the performers, bar staff and those who cooked the delicious food. The activities they had on before the music and dancing started were fantastic and great for keeping the kids entertained. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it was very well organised. This was the second Lū'au we have been to and is definitely the best. Would recommend it to anyone

I went to Germaine’s Luau on a solo trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The oceanfront setting was beautiful, the food was great, and the show especially the dancers was amazing. It was a fun, authentic Hawaiian experience and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend, even for solo travelers!

Viator went out of its way to accommodate a last minute change request.
Germaine's was extremely atentative to helping my wife enjoy the experience though she was in a wheelchair

We had a wonderful time, the preform are amazing, learning about the culture was so beautiful. The only thing was waiting on the food, if you where at the red table it truly made you feel invaluable even tho you paid $119 I’ve never paid that much and felt like a second class citizen. Other than that, the people work hard and are amazing and talented.

It was a little commercialized but it was nice. They did a fire show and the food was great! Depending on your packet you could get 2-3 drinks or buy the remaining with cash. Parking is $5 cash.

I did not like this luau. The money I paid for a boring show and horrible food was not worth the money we paid. Everything was a matter of fact, nothing genuine about this experience. Never will return again.

It was really great! Transportation was fun and set the tone.
The Luau is in a great setting next to the
Ocean. Drinks were good, food was good and plentiful and the people were great!
The entertainment was better than
I expected. A long and varied performance.
I highly recommend this Luau!

Lousy experience, I'm disappointed after 4 luaus with great experiences, this is by far the worst, no flower collar lei ,instead some other cheap ugly collar, only one small alcoholic drink you'll have to buy everything else.
Dinner was served very late around 8 pm

It poured on us and they handed out ponchos. Their facility needs a lot of maintenance. It is in a sketchy part of town. The dancers were beautiful!

The Luau was great! Even in December with a bit of rain, the Christmas experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was very nice, even passed out rain ponchos so that we could stay dry! The tattoo artist drew a beautiful turtle on my arm and with a fresh flower placed in my hair I really got into the Hawaiian spirit!

Booked it the previous night, and so so glad I did it!!! Greatest experience ever! Beautiful to witness the cultural dances of Polynesia, food and starry skies. Would recommend everyone to do it. Pickup and drop off was also available which made it very convenient!!
