It was overall a great experience. Everyone there who was working were very friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing, me and my wife felt safe during the trip. Definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to parasail!

First time parasailing and it was great. I was hesitant because of heights but very calm once you get up there. Teens enjoyed it greatly. Well worth it and the two people who took us were great. The boat ride was also awesome 😁

Shoutout to Daniel and Nick for being the most awesome guides ever! My friends and I had the best time in the air and on the boat. The vibes were unmatched, our boat had the best people, playing the best music, and though it was my first time parasailing, I had absolutely no doubt it was going to be a fun flight thanks to our two guides. I can't recommend an adventure more than this one, as it was the highlight of my trip. Will definitely be returning and maybe doing a higher flight!

I don't leave reviews, but I really have to talk about my disappointing experience.
I was looking forward to it, and I expected to enjoy the view when the weather is good, at least not raining heavily.
I order for a 4pm, because I wanted to see the sunset view after it, but at 8am in the morning they asked me to reschedule to 2pm afternoon or another time (the reason was "our afternoon was quite slow" - maybe they just wanted to clock out early). We can't do tomorrow and we will be leaving so I had to agree.
The polices said that" this activity is expecting a good weather, or else may be canceled or rescheduled ". That afternoon was raining heavily and was really cold.
I argued for a refund due to the weather, but they said that captain said it's okay so then we're going. (Btw, one of the staffs, was really mean, they sounded nice, but their words was full of impatient)
1.5h in the rain with just swimsuits (0.5h for waiting for another group, I asked the staff if we can wait for them in car, but they said that once the last group come, they will leave and leave us behind [they underlined that, trying to "threat" us]. Even though the activity starts at 2pm and they also said that we have to check in 30min before the activity starts. So either way, we shouldn't wait in the rain for that long time) and raindrops smashing on to my face, I'm gonna get a cold.
And guess what! When it was 4pm this afternoon, the rain stopped and the sky was clear, everything was great! So why the heck did I have to choose a time that I wanted to participate that activity. If you wanted to clock out early, why give me the choice?
All I wanted to say is that they don't really care about your experience. The slots that you choose might be requested to change after all. The photos they show you were all sunny , which made me believe that we could also have that great experience, but no, they just wanted to earn your money, no matter how you feel.
I really wanted to give a 0 star. Im actually paying 200 bucks for a cold.

It was a fun experience. The crew was very efficient and safe BUT we were very disappointed in their overall attitude- they weren’t friendly and especially what the young lady was wearing. She was wearing a jacket over her bathing suit which appeared Ok as we were getting on the boat. But as she was reaching for life jackets/harnesses, we could see she was wearing a thong bathing suit which exposed her buns. To us, this was very inappropriate dress for a job! We were traveling with 3 -13 year old boys. So, that is why we wouldn’t recommend this experience to a friend.

You’re only on the boat for 24 minutes and you go parasailing for five and we spent over $300 not worth it. We got on the boat at 8 got off at 8:24 and there was another party there with us. In the details, it tells you that you’ll be on the boat physically for an hour on the boat.. that was super disappointing and misleading. The guys driving were nice and awesome, the experience was great but not worth the price

These guys were very professional and helpful. We had a great time. Just be aware, you will end up paying another $100 on top of what you paid for this excursion. You'll pay fuel service charge, parking, pictures, and tip. But, it's Hawaii, so I guess it's par for the course with everything in paradise.
