This was a great adventure. The Captian an First Mate were awesome! The take great photos, give you a dip to cool off if you wish and make the overall excursion memorable. Would definitely fly away with them again.

This was the best experience! Friendly, kind, and helpful employees. When booking online an error was made. I called the number and they were happy to fix it! Boat crew was fantastic! We all had a blast!

Great experience for first time attempting parasailing. The team was friendly and explained everything well. The only complaint I have is that the pictures that were taken by the crew member weren’t the best. Some of the images are cut off and I feel they could have been shot differently to make them appear better, more professional since there’s an additional 45$ fee for the photo package. Honestly just skip it and take your own on your phone with video.

If my review was solely about the crew and experience then I would give them an excellent rating of 5. They were attentive, patient and well qualified. It was a great experience. My issue is with the trip details. It stated transportation was included, but it was not and we had a fuel surcharge, which we did not expect. Disappointed in viator.

The experience was brilliant. Was a very sunny nice day, nice waves, warm ocean. The team (the captain and his mate) was very friendly. Explained everything in detail and we knew what to expect.
The only thing we didn't like, was that on the reservation it said that the experience will be for an hour, but we were taken to the boat at 2:05 pm and at 2:32 we were back on land, so less than the time we paid for. Next time I would ask in advance how long everything will last.
Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I definitely recommend it.

The tour was so much fun, first time parasailing and I would totally do it again. The tour guides were nice but a bit pushy on the tips. Keep in mind this is not as long experience, you're up in the air less than 5 minutes.

Truly an awesome experience. Crew was friendly and professional and the parasailing was spectacular. Bonus is we got a fighter jet flyby while in the air. Nobody on board had ever been parasailing and all were wanting to go right back!

First time parasailing and it was great. I was hesitant because of heights but very calm once you get up there. Teens enjoyed it greatly. Well worth it and the two people who took us were great. The boat ride was also awesome 😁
