It is SO much fun! It was safe and well organized, we felt really comfortable doing the triple ride. All three of us went for the first time together and LOVED it!!! The Captain and crew were funny and friendly and created a great experience for us. Definitely a MUST do ! The view of the island is spectacular😀

Easy to find, guides were great, super fun activity to do! Doesn’t take up a lot of time either so if you have a little time to kill I highly recommend doing this. They do photos for you as well

The boating staff was great! The person checking us in could use some interpersonal skill training. We could not find her and was trying to get directions from Pier E, she was unable to help when I gave her our location and then said the boat was going to leave without us.
I would recommend sending a link prior to ck in for the Waiver to save time.

We'd like to clarify that our tour is approximately one hour from start to finish. That time includes the safety briefing, boarding the boat, the ride out to the parasailing location, getting each group harnessed and launched, everyone's flight, and the return to the harbor.
Our actual parasail flight time is typically between 6–8 minutes, which is standard throughout the parasailing industry and matches the flight time for the package you booked. We understand that when you're soaring above Waikiki, those minutes can feel like they go by very quickly because it's such a fun experience!
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding photo delivery. We'll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue looking for ways to make receiving photos more convenient for our guests.

We'd like to clarify that the additional charge you mentioned is our fuel surcharge. This fee is clearly identified during the booking process and is also included in the confirmation email sent prior to your arrival, so there are no hidden charges at check-in.
Regarding the flight height, we can assure you that our captains release exactly the amount of parasail line that is booked. Our lines are color-coded and marked at specific intervals so the captains know precisely how much line to let out. While the height can sometimes feel lower depending on the angle of the rope and the conditions, if you book an 800-foot flight, 800 feet of line is released. The same applies to all of our flight options.

We did parasailing with them recently. Overall the experience was very well organized, efficient, and professional. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in to getting on the boat.

Once you park, don’t forget to pay for parking — we learned that the hard way and got a ticket! 😅
🚶♀️ Getting to the boat:
Walk toward Pier E, Slip F-6. Check-in is at the yellow-and-blue-striped booth next to the “Magic” sign. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
🎒 Tip: Carry the minimum with you. They take care of the rest and you really don’t need to bring much onboard.
💰 One thing to know: The basic experience is well organized, but photos, tips, and other extras come at an additional cost, so be prepared for those charges.
Overall, it was a fun, smooth, and memorable experience, and seeing Waikīkī from up in the air was definitely worth it! 🪂

Although the actual parasailing was amazing, the description is misleading - the one-hour duration is really only half an hour. There were 5 groups on the same boat. The first was up in the air at 8:03 and we were back at the pier around 8:35. The video we took showed us in the air for about 4 minutes. Plan accordingly - you will get wet as they purposely dunk you in the water upon descent. It feels great! You can bring a towel but no shoes are allowed on the boat - they lock them up in a bin on the pier.

It was so fun! Easy to find & there’s affordable parking right by the meeting point. They had music playing while we were on the boat it was such a vibe. We did the 1000ft option and it was totally worth it. The crew was so nice & very welcoming, they also offer photos in the air with affordable pricing! When I come back to parasail again I’ll be going back to this specific business!

Guide women was very disrespectful. Almost got the sense she was racist. Kept saying andale and amigo like if automatically because of the color of my skin she new I talked spanish?? Did not enjoy the experience. The young gentlemen driving the boat did a fine job and was respectful.

The parasailing experience itself was fun, exciting, and definitely thrilling. I would have recommended it based on the activity alone.
However, I was very disappointed with the photos provided afterward. Most of them were blurry, unclear, or poorly lit due to the backlighting, making them unusable. The photos are supposed to capture the memories of the adventure, but unfortunately they did not do justice to the experience.
There is a lot of room for improvement in the photography service. While I enjoyed the parasailing, I would not recommend purchasing the photo package unless the quality improves.

Although it was supposed to be 1 hour long, we’re only out for 30 minutes. In addition we were required to pay 9 dollars per person to pay for fuel which was $36 for a family of 4. In addition, we felt strong armed to “tip” the guides a minimum of $10 per person after the first experience was completed. If we didn’t have the cash,, then they asked us to pay via Venmo. I do not recommend anyone to do this experience with this company and recommend Viator to investigate this company’s behavior.

The para sailing time is only 3-5 minutes. It says it is a 1 hour ride, but we were back after 35 minutes, with ten people para sailing. It was a really fun 3 minutes, just wish they hadn't led us to believe it was an hour in the boat with more air time.

We'd like to clarify that the one-hour duration listed for the experience is an estimated total boat excursion time, not the individual flight time. Depending on the number of guests aboard, sea conditions, and daily operations, the overall trip may vary and can sometimes be shorter than the estimated duration.
Our parasail flights are typically approximately 6 to 8 minutes in the air, which is the industry standard and provides plenty of time to enjoy the incredible views of Waikīkī from above.

Amazing experience !!! love the captain and the crew, they made all of us feel very welcome and helped with everything to get us ready in groups of two for the flight.
The captain made us flight all the way to 1000 ft. for everybody and a final splash on the ocean before ending the flight.

I went on my own for a birthday treat, was an absolute blast of a time! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in Oahu!! Money very well spent. Thanks so much to the guys (who I believe were CPT. Daniel and Nick) for setting a real chill environment. Great music, surrounded by great people = Great Vibes!
