Disaster. We paid $70 for both of us on a trolley. We arrived at the departure place only to be told that the trolleys had stopped early that day because of the 4th of July holiday and that no more trolleys were running. The people at the kiosk told us that they couldn't refund our money because we had bought our tickets through Viator rather than them and that we should contact Viator. When we did Viator responded that they were looking into it. Then they wrote us that The Trolley Company claimed that all the trolleys were running that day which was a lie. So they couldn't refund our money. This is nothing short of theft. A company that can't deal honestly with their customers does not deserve to survive. We will never use Viator again even though we have used them several times in the past. What a terrible experience. What a terrible company. Beware if you use them

The Blue Trolley is a nice, inexpensive way to see the east side of Oahu. You get a lot of ocean views (right-hand side outbound). The first pickup was conveniently located at the Prince Waikiki (side facing the ocean).
Throughout the drive the narration was lively. You get 10 minutes to see the blowhole. If you plan to get off at any stops pay attention to the timetable for pickup since the last run starts at 1:50PM. I did find that they pickups were pretty accurate to the timetable. The driver did offer to wait for a restroom stop at Sea Life park.

The bus driver on 92 is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend him as a driver. Overall, the scenery was beautiful and breath taking. The driver does not have the righr personality conduct tours. This tour took place on June 18, 2026 at 1:15 pm. I would recommend this tour to others as long as they do not have the driver who toured the group today.

Great tour, the driver was excellent spoke with good detail mixed with light humor about the various spots & locations & his driving was smooth. Really nice way to spend a few hours & soak up the beauty & facts of the beautiful island. Recommend for 1st time visitors

Great way to see so many places you would miss. Guide was informative and clearly lived his job. I highly recommend and the price is reasonable. Wish we had more time, I would have taken another tour!

Carry a stadium seat or pillow or a towel.
Seats are wooden benches.
Seats can be hard on your back.

It was a beautiful day and the ride was so pleasant. Big Tony was our driver. He gave a good narration throughout the ride. This was a great way to see that side of the island without a rental car.

The shuttle bus was very busy so you could be standing, The views on the route were amazing and the driver was very knowledgeable.
When we got off the bus at the blow hole, The driver asked everyone to return to their same seat.
If you leave the trolley we would recommend sitting on the opposite side for your return so that you can experience both sides of the tour.

Driver drove too fast. Couldn’t hear his narrative. What we did hear was boring and not informational. Many personal quips. Who cares where he passed out as a young person. Have requested a refund.

Marco was a great driver and tour guide. He continually gave us insights into the history and culture of the area around Waikiki as well as the Hawaiian islands in general. He taught us some Hawaiian words so that we could communicate with the local Hawaiians and having an aloha experience. We highly recommend we recommend this tour and Marco specifically. We had a great time and learned a lot in a fun way.

It’s good for people who have mobility issues or just want to sit back and soak in the views. I really enjoyed the wind in my hair and not having to worry about driving. Have your cameras ready!

We had a good experience and enjoyed the running narrative of our driver Chuck. He was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining through out the trip. The one disappointment was that the tour description touted the stop for the Rainbow Cafe and Leonards Bakery. We were never informed which stop to get off, so we missed these attactions,

The bus does not stop for photos, there are significant delays between busses and communication with the bus company is almost non existent….however our driver, Tyler was amazing and DEFINATELY a five star guy!

It was okay. The views are great. But the bus in noisy and bumpy added to a very windy day. It goes and returns the same way so if you want to get off on the way back that is good. The the scenic tour of the coast in a van is a much better option as you stop at more view points and the ride is more comfortable. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend it at less you want to get off at one if the stops.

Tour was informative and the views were amazing. Some people had to stand the whole tour as very few people hopped off - they did the whole loop. They should limit the amount of people on one trolley.

The trolley driver was really nice and the views were stunning.
Cons: The trolley disability pick up broke down and we had to wait for it to be put back in for at least an hour. On our way back, we waited about 40 min at the pickup stop but no blue trolley showed up. We ended up taking uber.
