It was a beautiful day and the ride was so pleasant. Big Tony was our driver. He gave a good narration throughout the ride. This was a great way to see that side of the island without a rental car.

The shuttle bus was very busy so you could be standing, The views on the route were amazing and the driver was very knowledgeable. When we got off the bus at the blow hole, The driver asked everyone to return to their same seat. If you leave the trolley we would recommend sitting on the opposite side for your return so that you can experience both sides of the tour.

Driver drove too fast. Couldn’t hear his narrative. What we did hear was boring and not informational. Many personal quips. Who cares where he passed out as a young person. Have requested a refund.

Marco was a great driver and tour guide. He continually gave us insights into the history and culture of the area around Waikiki as well as the Hawaiian islands in general. He taught us some Hawaiian words so that we could communicate with the local Hawaiians and having an aloha experience. We highly recommend we recommend this tour and Marco specifically. We had a great time and learned a lot in a fun way.

It’s good for people who have mobility issues or just want to sit back and soak in the views. I really enjoyed the wind in my hair and not having to worry about driving. Have your cameras ready!

We had a good experience and enjoyed the running narrative of our driver Chuck. He was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining through out the trip. The one disappointment was that the tour description touted the stop for the Rainbow Cafe and Leonards Bakery. We were never informed which stop to get off, so we missed these attactions,

The bus does not stop for photos, there are significant delays between busses and communication with the bus company is almost non existent….however our driver, Tyler was amazing and DEFINATELY a five star guy!

It was okay. The views are great. But the bus in noisy and bumpy added to a very windy day. It goes and returns the same way so if you want to get off on the way back that is good. The the scenic tour of the coast in a van is a much better option as you stop at more view points and the ride is more comfortable. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend it at less you want to get off at one if the stops.

Tour was informative and the views were amazing. Some people had to stand the whole tour as very few people hopped off - they did the whole loop. They should limit the amount of people on one trolley.

The trolley driver was really nice and the views were stunning. Cons: The trolley disability pick up broke down and we had to wait for it to be put back in for at least an hour. On our way back, we waited about 40 min at the pickup stop but no blue trolley showed up. We ended up taking uber.
