Forrest was beyond rude and would not listen to me when I tried to explain that I paid for a 12 th member of our group separately. No variety of music. We prepaid $140 a month ago to reserve. An extra friend came and paid upon arrival and only paid $100. Snacks had to be purchased- only pizza with chips available.

The overall experience was ok. We left our hotel 1 hour early and arrived right on time. There was a Drake concert the same night which made traffic VERY HEAVY AND SLOW. I communicated this by text and made a phone call to let the organizer know what was going on. I told him we would be there right at boarding time which was 9:00p. He told me they couldn’t wait because of the other passengers. That’s understandable and I was willing to take the loss. However when we arrived at 9:03p they in fact had not left and were still checking in about 8 guests. This was good because we wouldn’t miss the boat ride. However the guy answering the phone made it seem as if they were leaving right away. We didn’t leave the dock until 9:45p. He definitely could’ve said that instead of implying they were leaving right away. They served very small slices of pizza as a snack which wasn’t bad. The music was good, the liquor was trash. The open bar is NOT top shelf liquor. They had top shelf bottles for sale which ranged in price from about $150- $400 per bottle. We ended up buying a bottle because we never heard of the liquor they were serving and decided to skip the headache. The views of Miami were perfect at night, definitely was a highlight of my night.

Worst tour I’ve ever booked

I originally booked my tour for Sunday and then received an email & text that my tour was cancelled, but Saturday was open. I made arrangements to attend the Saturday tour. The minute we got to the boat, they had cheap liquor and when we tried to go upstairs to enjoy the view, the staff said that the only way to get to the upper deck was to buy a $350 bottle. Then we couldn’t find a seat because it was to crowed. My wife and I decided to leave the tour before it began. I was very disappointed with the tour.

Hello, The liquor served on the boat is premium liquor, all you have to do is request the drink you want. As for upstairs, as stated on the website, space is limited and on a busy night, we request guests to purchase a bottle, that comes with a section up to 7 guests. It was over priced definitely not worth the money spent.. My husband and I paid 321.00 dollars waste of money.. The ride was not 3 hrs.. we didn't board the boat until about 7:30.. The boat went out to the middle of the water and Sat.. We're off the boat by 10... not worth the money spent at all.. I was very disappointed

Let's start with the positives. Other guests on the boat made it fun, the DJ was good and the night views of the city from the bay were amazing. Now unfortunately the negative. We had a party of 11 booked for 7:30, tour company called and changed it to 10:30 at the last minute with no apologies, made us feel like we didn't have a choice. The crew was half and half, we felt the bartender's were good the rest acted like they were doing us a favor by being there. The alcohol is not even close to top shelf and was a very limited selection. For the price not worth the money.

We proposed you a full refund if you couldn't attend, you refused the refund and decided to attend. It was awesome! Everyone was so nice it was great to be able to see everything from that huge beautiful boat! And the music was awesome and the drinks were so great!! Definitely hung over the next day! Felt like we were back in the clubs!

No lo recomiendo, al Finalizar el evento, te tratan mal e incluso no te dejan llevar a l alcohol que tú compraste en el barco y si tú reclamas te toman del cuello y te arrestan. Es una muy mala experiencia, la cual no recomendaría jamás. No lo tomen, el personal es muy complicados y lo dejan llevar lo que tú compras y te llevas.

Hello , We are sorry for your experience. Yet the policy is very clear, you can't bring alcohol on board, we already serving drinks and it is included in the package 😉. If you go to a nightclub, you won't be able to bring your alcohol neither. And i m sure you can understand this policy.
