I can't say enough good things about our experience. My family was traveling with 4 adults, none of us thin or young and one in a wheelchair. We also like to overpack, so between the 4 of us, we had 2 medium suitcases, 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-on suitcases, 3 large backpacks, and a folding motorized wheelchair. I was nervous because we've been burned in the past with uber/lyft saying the car will seat X number of people and hold X bags, but in reality the vehicle that shows up isn't really configured in such a way to accommodate all the things. Well, MIA & FLL did not disappoint. Actually, the vehicle they provided far exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for our needs. Additionally, this company is so communicative. I purchased the transportation through Viator and sent them a message through the app to explain our needs to ensure they would be able to accommodate them (or we'd have to cancel). Within 1-2 hours, I received a thorough response that was so reassuring and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Throughout the remainder of the time before our transfer, they provided detailed instructions, pictures of the vehicle, information on the driver, and other details that made this experience top-notch. Nothing was left to chance. The driver showed up early, with no pressure for us to leave early unless we wanted to. It was so nice to know we wouldn't be waiting on them. The van was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. The driver, Rene, was very nice and a great driver in this crazy Miami port traffic. I will absolutely be using this company again when we cruise from Miami. They were able to take the stress out of the day and allow us to really just trust the process and enjoy the journey. Count us as the latest members of the MIA & FLL fan club :)

Manuel, was absolutely amazing. My family and I arrived at the cruise port earlier than expected and he was right there to pick us up. We did not have to wait,he was right there to pick us up. I like how Manuel made sure his vehicle had a flag on it so we would know which ride was his.

It was a quite ride..no interaction with the driver only when picking up and drop off. Otherwise quite and looking around and in my phone. I was okay with it as sometimes quite is good and to relax but would have been okay to talk a little if it happened. No issue.
