Are restrooms/changing rooms available at the marina?

Restrooms/changing rooms are not available at the marina. Please be sure to use the restroom prior to your arrival, and come dressed appropriately for your selected activity.

Can I participate in any of the activities if I have no experience?

Absolutely! No experience or qualifications are required.

Do I have to know how to swim to participate?

Swimming skills are not required as long as you are comfortable in the water and do not panic.

Is there a minimum age requirement for any of the optional activities?

There are different age requirements for each activity: Flyboard guests must be at least 13, Banana Boat guests must be at least 5 years old, Parasailing guests must be at least 5 years old, Jet Ski drivers must be at least 16, and Jet Ski passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Can I parasail with others in my group (if option selected)?

Absolutely! Double and triple flights are available. Simply let your guide know your preference on the day of travel!

Is there a weight limit for parasailing (if option selected)?

The maximum weight is 450 lbs per flight (combined weight of all guests on a single flight.)

How long are we in the air for parasailing (if option selected)?

Actual flight time is approximately 5-10 minutes. As you will be going out with other parasailers, the total parasailing boat time can take up to an hour.

Getting dipped in the water is optional. Just let your guide know if you'd like to be dipped!

I reserved 2 jets ski rentals for Tuesday in Miami. Once I realized how far they were from my hotel and had to factor in over an hour of traffic I reached out o try and change the excursion but was told I could not. Only to arrive at my reserved excursion to find it was closed until Thursday. I am scheduled to leave on Friday and had other excursions booked which is why I scheduled it for Tuesday. When I reached out I the company I was told they do not give refunds. I showed up for my excursion and hey were closed and do not feel that is right to refund me since I was leaving Friday and there was no other time we could do it. Talk about horrible accountability and lack of customer service. Do not book them especially if you don't want to waste time traveling in Miami only to find that when you arrive they are closed for the entire time of your vacation.

My experience with VIATOR was terrible. I was mislead time I had two experiences only when I got there I had one and was asked to pay 343.00 more plus 44.00 for pictures. I will never use VIATOR for anything again. My experience with the water activities was amazing and created memories for a lifetime.

I won't be making a reservation through a third party ever again. Viator I paid $178 through your sight and once we made it there we had to pay $326 more dollars at Miami watersports for paragliding and jetski. They wouldn't scan my ticket that was provided for the parasailing that was not right. If that was the case we should've just waited until we got to Miami. It was fun just didn't expect to spend that money for 2 hours.

This company was great. They really make sure you have the maximum of fun. I did the banana boat and the parasailing combo. Had so much fun and almost came up on free money that was floating in the water. GO WATERSPORT !!!

Deceiving information and expensive than it shows

It was kinda cheating by the Viator website. They've hired so many informations in a way that you'll easily fall into their trap. In viator website they shows the combo is $169/person while the fact is you need to pay more money while you tried to do the activities. In total it took around $500 for two person. But if you do these same activities somewhere else it will cost much less than them. So, I'll not suggest anyone to use viator or Miami watersports in general. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good experience without paying more.

I apologize for this! Viator is a third party selling our tours and cannot charge for fuel/ tax. It is well advertised on their page prior for you to book that there is additional fees for fuel/ tax. You were not charged anything more then if you would've booked with us directly, you just don't paid the activity in full through Viator but only a partial amount. There is a $250 deposit per ski in case of any damages... like any other jet ski rental company and same concept as if you rent a car! So sorry you got frustrated about those fees.

The experience was great!!! Parasailing was such an awesome experience. Sam and Kyle were excellent guides. I wish they gave more time in the sky tho. The younger guy that was the guide for the jet skis was cool. It was my 1st time driving alone and that was cool but my jet ski stopped twice and the guide had disappeared. I didn't give 5 stars because the price plus the hidden fees is kinda ridiculous. I paid $318(originally $338for me and my guy then it was $50/person for fuel(why isn't this already included in the cost) plus Florida taxes so total per person was $240! I

We greatly enjoyed the Jetskis. A lot of fun with sufficient freedom to see what they could do. I liked the setup of adequate instruction, safety due to GPS proximity monitors, and the freedom to let them rip once you were in the riding zone.

As soon as we arrived we were told we had to complete a $10 jet ski test which had 25 questions and than since we booked through a 3rd party company which is Viator they charged us a extra $120 and they made everyone do it I wouldn't recommend we spent over $500 for parasailing and a 30 min jet ski tour which is limited to a certain area and is programmed to not go fast

If you have the funds, would definitely recommend this experience!

I scheduled this like 2 weeks in advanced before my trip. On the day off I went and I only seen a sign saying “closed due to weather”. No one was at the place to inform anybody of this just the sign. The # that was given to call goes straight to VM. This was the worst customer service ever. I will never book with Viator I am still waiting for a full refund. ASAP do not book with them or you’ll be sorry you did!

Parasailing and tubing was so much fun. The check in process was a bit hectic. The check in staff was not very friendly. Make sure you know the price you pay online is not everything. When you get there there is a gas fee plus tax which was about $61 extra per person. Parking was not easy and being new to the area vacationing was scary with all my stuff in the car. The boat captain and his partner for parasailing were awesome and Jennifer was great too she helped with the tubing and flyboard.
