Only complaint i have is the reservation said an 1hr and 30 minutes. But it was only an hour long for us.

I booked and paid $230 through Viator for a 1:00 p.m. jet ski reservation on July 26. Miami Watersports did not provide the activity because of poor weather conditions. I completely understand that safety must come first, and I do not fault the company for stopping the activity when conditions were unsafe. My issue is how the refund was handled.
The refund policy presented with the Viator reservation stated that customers affected by weather-related conditions were entitled to a credit or a full refund. I requested a full refund because the service was never provided, but Miami Watersports refused. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter through the available channels, but the company remained unwilling to honor the policy shown when I booked.
This was frustrating and disappointing. Customers should not be charged for an activity the company could not provide and then be denied the refund option advertised at the time of purchase. I exhausted every available option to resolve this directly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Miami Watersports.

The jet ski was delayed due to the weather upon returning to speak with the worker I was told I could not ride for the day. Fred was rude and didn’t accommodate.

As we arrived we were told that they could not take us out due to there being seaweed in the ocean and that it would damage their jet skies. We were also told to reach out to Viator for a refund as it was booked by a third party. We called and now it’s been a back fourth about us getting a refund stating that the company will not honor it. I do not recommend this company at all or viator bc they do not have the customers back what so ever. Now I’m out of $370 due to something that was beyond my control. On top of that the company knew it was seaweed in the water and failed to communicate that with viator before customers started booking. Do better !!!!

You pay a 150 security deposit upfront…card only… the men were very impatient… there’s a lot of do’s and don’ts…they make you feel like you won’t get your deposit back…the GPS safety feature on the ski’s won’t allow you to to stay up on speed… it kept speeding oil and slowing down…it’s just really for you to get the photo op….not like Jamaica or Cancun at all… (where you’re free to just ride) this is for beginner jet ski riders…

Good expedience, did not feel like 90 minutes, felt shorter. Tour should be around different parts of Miami and not going in circles around cones right outside the marina.

They charged me another $300 for 'what they say' is for Insurance for the jetski. In which they said they would return but they didnt. AND they charge you to take a test that the State demands all participants have.

Very fun except the hidden fees because there is a hidden fee when it’s advertised no hidden fees. A $150 hold fee and a $15 boat test certificate. If we knew we could be on the beach and do it we would have.

The very time we had an early morning session I believe that we may have been the first ones out that day. So it took a while for them to get up and going. But after everything was ready to go we had a blast.

Had a reservation for 1, got there 15 mins early as post told us, had to take a jet ski exam, which we never did to ride a jet ski in any other city X once we was don’t about 1pm, they said we had to wait until the next group, which we didn’t leave until 2:45pm so we sat there for 2 hours waitin to ride !!! And during the ride we went out to the main area then just rode in circles for 30-40 mins , no real course

I reserved 2 jets ski rentals for Tuesday in Miami. Once I realized how far they were from my hotel and had to factor in over an hour of traffic I reached out o try and change the excursion but was told I could not. Only to arrive at my reserved excursion to find it was closed until Thursday. I am scheduled to leave on Friday and had other excursions booked which is why I scheduled it for Tuesday. When I reached out I the company I was told they do not give refunds. I showed up for my excursion and hey were closed and do not feel that is right to refund me since I was leaving Friday and there was no other time we could do it. Talk about horrible accountability and lack of customer service. Do not book them especially if you don't want to waste time traveling in Miami only to find that when you arrive they are closed for the entire time of your vacation.

My experience with VIATOR was terrible. I was mislead time I had two experiences only when I got there I had one and was asked to pay 343.00 more plus 44.00 for pictures. I will never use VIATOR for anything again.

I won't be making a reservation through a third party ever again. Viator I paid $178 through your sight and once we made it there we had to pay $326 more dollars at Miami watersports for paragliding and jetski. They wouldn't scan my ticket that was provided for the parasailing that was not right. If that was the case we should've just waited until we got to Miami. It was fun just didn't expect to spend that money for 2 hours.

This company was great. They really make sure you have the maximum of fun. I did the banana boat and the parasailing combo. Had so much fun and almost came up on free money that was floating in the water. GO WATERSPORT !!!

Pricing is not clear, had to pay lot more at the site! Wish they included all the costs like tax, fuel etc are included in the advertised price clearly, instead of burying it in fine print and make customers find the additional amount at the event site.
