Meeting point to begin tour a complete joke as there is no such physical point resulting in a very frustrating start to the tour

To whom it may concern... the morning of your- there were no instructions on how to obtain audio tour. Left message with you all No response. I'm hoping for a full refund Thank you. Luau was wonderful though

Unusable for us

Unfortunately unusable for us. The audio guide requires a separate "redeem code", which is not included in anything Viator sends. In the instructions there's a line saying you have to email or call for the code. I ordered and emailed the night before a sunrise visit, and they didn't email back until 9am when we were already done. There is basically no reason to buy this through Viator. It just adds a middle-man and complication. The vendor obviously is doing this as a sort of advertising mechanism, but it's not well implemented at all. I can't comment on the quality of the guide itself since I never used it. Their email response time was reasonable, it just shouldn't have been necessary and was unexpected. It's a shame--they superficially seem like a nice company offering a reasonable product.

I can totally understand how frustrating it could be to not be able to take the tour you purchased because the app requires the redeem code generated by our system for purchases made from other websites like Viator and TripAdvisor. Please know that we are working on improving the process so our tours can be accessed much faster and more conveniently by our customers buying from 3rd party travel partners.
