We had a fantastic time with The Magic Merman Snorkel Charters on July 9, 2025. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and fun. Austin greeted us on the beach and immediately put us at ease. He carefully explained how they would help my mother-in-law, who has limited mobility, onto the dinghy and then the boat—and they handled it with such care and ease. We were really impressed and grateful. Shasta led our snorkel group in the water and was absolutely wonderful—calm, knowledgeable, and always helpful. She made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time exploring. Out in the water, we saw **sea turtles, a stingray, and even a shark**—it was unforgettable! Makiya was our captain and brought great energy to the trip. He was funny, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole crew was fantastic. We felt safe, welcomed, and taken care of every step of the way. **Highly recommend The Magic Merman for an amazing snorkeling experience!!**

An incredible experience snorkeling with the fish, turtles, . Crew took care of all our needs!! Shasta was an excellent guide making sure that beginners, intermediate and experienced snorkelers had the greatest time! Definitely recommend this.

Amazing snorkeling experience! 🤩 The best of my life - I recommend it to you 100%! 💯 Small group, and a great and friendly staff! Austin (the owner) and Shasta and Derrick on board were amazing, gave all the snorkeling instructions, with plenty of jokes, and super helpful. All devices/equipment you need is on board and fresh beverages. I saw plenty of fish and turtles! Can't wait to do it again.

Absolutely wonderful! Merman team so attuned to the guests! Ensuring everyone is safe and having the best experience ever! Shasta knew all the fish we were seeing. Turtles were right next to us! Boat was comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Great snorkeling adventure!

Great tour! Crew were knowledgeable and super friendly. This was my first snorkeling excursion on Maui, and the only recommendation I would make would be to do a longer trip, as this was only 2 hours. And Magic Merman offers a longer one, so make sure you book with them!

Our family really enjoyed snorkeling. Initially I panicked and didn’t go but Shasta was very kind to hold me with a floatie and take me out in the ocean to see some fish. I’ve been snorkeling several times before and never had anyone do that for anyone. Really amazing crew and wonderful afternoon adventure.

If you’re looking for a snorkeling cruise this is the one you want! The Mermen are the best! The boat is very comfortable. The snorkeling spots they stop at have all different kinds things to see. They serve wonderful snacks onboard between stops and they are as friendly and helpful as can be. We will definitely use this group the next time we go out snorkeling!
