Marco, our driver, was in contact several days before we arrived. His communication was excellent. We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.

Excellent Shuttle to Rome

Process was seamless. Our driver (Gregory?) arrived ahead of time at the cruise port with a large passenger van which was spotless. The drive to Rome was pleasant, safe, and he certainly knew how to navigate Roman traffic to get us to the Termini train station on time. He explained some highlights along the way. Our driver notified me that he was at the airport to pick us up and told me where to find him. He took our suitcases and wheeled them all the way to the car then drove us right to the front door of the apartment we were staying at! It was a great ride and a wonderful driver. There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up. The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.

Wonderful transport option from cruise port

We took this car service from our cruise port to Rome. They were fantastic!! The driver was waiting for us right outside the cruise luggage pickup as we exited the building. It was so convenient with 8 people (2 adults, 3 grandparents, 3 kids) and 6 large bags. The car had great air conditioning as well which is sometimes hard to find in Europe.

The cars arrived prior to the scheduled pick up which helped alleviate the stress of the ride to the cruise port. Masterful Rome Navigation Due to Road Closures

Our driver arrived early for pickup knowing full well that road closures for a bicycle race were likely in our area. Leaving from Rome city center, he navigated a labyrinth of city streets to find an open way out of the city to bring us out to our cruise from Civitivecchia.
