Had an approved and paid for transfer. It was cancelled. Had to get an expensive Uber. Zero stars. Don’t book an airport transfer thru Viator. (They will pay me back next week).

Airport Shuttle in Rome

Excellent service! The shuttle arrived a few minutes early and was very curteous. The van was Super clean and we were very comfortable on the ride to the airport. Driver helped us determine which Terrminal we were flying out of. I would definitely use them again!
