Great option for airport transfer. Driver was on time and promptly got us to our hotel. Lines for cabs at Rome airport can be long. We were picked up in a very clean van and helped with luggage. I’d definitely chose this option again.

Our driver was great! He gave us a small tour. Told us all about the history of the city. Told us the history of the buildings in the city and the museums. He was so informative. Just so knowledgeable about Roma. He was also such a friendly person.

I was so happy to meet a person from my own country as our driver. He was very friendly. Great job. The van was supper nice. Very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. I did not give it a 5 star beachside we had to walk too far to the van and we did not get a business card of some kind, for the time we come to Rome.

Our driver arrived earlier than we scheduled which turned out well since our flight came in early. He got us to our hotel and explained things a long the way. We drove in a Mercedes van which easily accommodated our luggage and the two of us. After being dropped off at the hotel, I received a phone call from the driver explaining I left my reading glasses in the Van. He insisted on driving to my breakfast location to return them which he did. He also carried all of our luggage from the point of pick up to being dropped off. I would definitely use this service again.

Worth the money for the security

We used this to get from our airport to the hotel and then again to go from the hotel to the airport. The luxury car was really nice as was the driver. And, I especially recommend this service because in Italy there can be taxi strikes or transportation strikes. That happened the day we needed to go back to the airport and we saw many people stranded because they could not get a taxi. This is more, of course, than a taxi, but worth the security of having your ride lined up.

We arranged for two vans to take the 6 of us with 12 pieces of luggage to FCO. The drivers were on time and extremely helpful and courteous. One even gave a little tour as he was driving. This was a difficult time in Rome to arrange for transportation for some reason, but viator made it work and we were so pleased with the company that drove us. We definitely would recommend them!
