Very expensive

I thought this was expensive when I booked it ($285) but all shuttles showed around the same price so I booked it. Once att the hotel I found that I could have gotten a shuttle through hotel for $60 each or a cab for $125 total.

We are offering a service totally different from the simply white taxi. And you booked the transfer so you accepted the price. Giving a bad review for this it's not fair and correct. So have a good day and enjoy the white taxi which are not speaking a word in English and instead of a black Mercedes using a Toyota. In any case after you spending on flight tickets and cruise thousands and thousands you pretend to save money on the car transfer? Take the train next time

Firstly the Car broke down that was meant to take us to the Port from Rome and we were asked to share with another couple which we did, we were offered some money back but never got it. We will be pursuing this. Then on our return journey after our cruise back to Rome, we booked a car with the lady driver to take us to the airport the following day. It was confirmed a car would be there for us to collect us at 12 noon. At 12 there was no sign and we text the driver to ask where she was. Nothing. We then had a call from a colleague who said we should have rung him to book, but we booked with the lady driver who reassured us that it would either be her collecting us the next day or her colleague. We were told you would be better off getting a local taxi in Rome and they would not be coming for us! Thankfully against all odds we managed to find a last minute taxi who could take us to the airport so luckily we didn't miss our flight but we were extremely lucky to find a taxi so late in the day, no thanks to this company.

The lady driver it's just a driver and doesn't decide nothing for our company. She told you to call the company to confirm the pickup for the next day wich you didn't, so if you don't confirm a transfer how we can send the car? And we are sorry if our cars sometimes get broken, also the driver offered you money but your husband said it's ok it's not necessary.
