Extremely poor outcome. Plane arrived at 8:40AM and parked on tarmac for bus transfer to terminal and customs. Deplaning took 35 minutes and by the time we cleared customs and located baggage the driver dropped us. The original plane arrival was set for 9:15AM. I would never ever recommend this service. Beware!!!!

They never showed , I had to write to the tour operator and Viator support to understand Whats going on ; they said there was a traffic accident and the driver was going to be one hour late ; they should have reached us proactively if an inconvenience suddenly appears but it was all reactive and I am not sure if they planned properly based on feedback from the local taxi I had to take with a family including a handicapped guest-; after a long trip , they need to proactively reach customers for any situation ; it took me a an hour or more to take another local taxi given limited options

Unreliable transfer!

Our flight was on time and once we got our bags we went to the limo meeting point in terminal 3 (the correct terminal). There were lots of limo drivers but not ours - everyone else on our plane left but we stayed there. We would have taken a taxi but I had already paid in advance so I contacted the company. No answer. Called Viator and to their credit they got a driver to us in 15 minutes. He told us he wasn’t supposed to be there for us but happened to be at the airport - and he wasn’t even from the same limo company. He then tore through cobbled back streets which did my back no good! We were glad he showed up to help but this was not the “luxury” transfer we paid for!

Very smooth and easy process. The driver met us inside the airport, she was very easy to find and exactly where the instructions indicated. She delivered us smoothly to our apartment, which involved navigating some very narrow and crowded back streets. Highly professional. It was great to not have to worry about transport after a long International flight.

It would have been great . But my flight had delay starting at EWR . Then in Lisbon un beknow to me they sent an email at 12:30 am New York time that our flight would make the Lisbon connection so the flight was changed. Because we were in flight headed to Lisbon with now phone service , I was unaware of the change until we landed in Lisbon. I did reach out to Viator when I finally was able to communicate by phone. Was told driver had left after waiting for hour. Could not get them to return because I was not able to inform them in time Therefore my payment was forfeited $160 . I had to then take a taxi .

Dear Ramona, we already informed you that our driver waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for you as your flight was landed on time, you didn't informed us you lost your flight and arriving with another flight, so we didn't know that and driver waited for the same.... so for us it's a no show. We are deeply sorry about it.

No-Nonsense Driver in Roma

Our driver was waiting for us by the green column right outside the baggage claim area. We walked to the parking garage to get to the car. Kind of wish it was closer, but we did get to stretch our legs after being in a plane for so long. Our driver was non nonsense. Which we appreciated. She was focused on her driving and we weren't in the mood for conversations anyway. She didn't chit chat, drove safely, and got us to our hotel. That was most important to us. Getting to our hotel safely. After reading all sorts of horror stories from Viator customers we were glad we had a good experience.

there is zero reason to book an airport transfer. it’s double the cost of an uber or taxi and having the guy with a sign to walk you the 100 feet to the car and push your own luggage with uber is definitely not worth the extra 100 euro. plus if your plane is delayed like ours was, they will not show up on time and will charge you anyway because you don’t cancel within the 24 hr window. out flight was delayed by 3 hours from nice. instead of arrricing at 3:30 and paying 200 euro for 2 people for a ride we fii ok ally arrives at 6:30 and then they said we couldn’t have anyone there u til 7:30. we could hardly sit in the airport and wait for a ride for an hour for what was a 45 minute ride and told them we couldn’t wait. not their fault but we got an uber for less than half the price, 82 euro isn’t we d of 200 in a beautiful brand new van and got to our hotel 15 mi tires before they poor have got us from the airport anyway. they still charged us the 200 euro and wouldn’t give a refund. i like vail or but never ever book airport transfer from them.

Hello Joshua, You didn't inform us about your change of flight, our driver was promptly and on time waiting for you with the flight you provided.... but then you changed flight and din't let us know.. this is a no show and driver must to be paid.
