Absolutely a 10 star wonderful experience with tour guide Jackie

This is an absolutely wonderful tour with Jackie. Wear comfy shoes to walk on old sidewalks and bring a hat and water bottle. The meet up point is perfect - a bakery with liquid refreshments available to purchase for the walk. Jackie was so personable, energetic, knowledgable and had the patience of a saint. She relayed so much information at each house we stopped at and gave us a great knowledgable history of the cemetery we went by. Every house had a great story to tell and Jackie was willing to satisfy everyone's curiosity by answering questions - it was a very, very casual and interactive tour with lots of information from the past. We feel soooooo lucky to have signed up for this tour in this beautiful part of the city. It was a 10 "star" experience - just marvelous.

Great Tour/Great Tour Guide

We took this same tour several years ago and it was excellent then, but it was even better this time, which I attribute to our absolutely fantastic tour guide Zelda. She communicated extremely well, hitting on all key aspects of the cemetery and it's history with the perfect blend of comedic relief to keep the tour informative, yet fun. Highly recommend the tour and if at all possible, Zelda!

Beautiful History Filled Tour

We had a fantastic tour of the Garden District with Caroline. She had great pacing, allowed for questions and really knew her stuff! I thought it was a perfect blend of history mixed with celebrity fun. I loved learning about the architecture as well as the back stories behind certain houses and why they were built the way the way they are. She also provided a lot of info about Layfeyette cemetery which was fascinating. The Garden District is a beautiful area full of history and well worth the visit and this tour.

Really enjoyed this experience. Good group of people and Beth was an excellent guide. Very personable, knowledgeable and overall great personality. We made several stops and enjoyed a variety of food. Everything was very flavorful and tasty. Also got some history of NOLA, particularly as it related to food. I really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend. Well worth the time and price.

Christo was fantastic....

Christo was fantastic. The tour was informative, engaging, and never felt scripted. He connected the stories back to the history of New Orleans, which made everything feel more meaningful. He covered a great mix, from love stories to Mary Jane Jackson, and deeper true crime like the New Orleans Trunk Murders and the Ax Man. Each story was told in a way that kept you hooked the whole time. If you want a true crime and ghost tour that actually feels worth it, Christo delivers.

Awesome Haunted NOLA Carriage Tour

We loved our haunted carriage ride tour! Our tour guide Larry was so fun and shared all kinds of interesting info that we hadn’t heard or read about. It was nice to ride around in the carriage vs doing a walking tour. I think we saw and learned just as much as we would have on a walking tour. And Chiquita (our leader) was a such a sweet mule. The price of this tour was well worth the reasonable fee! If you are in your 50s & 60s, I highly recommend this tour - especially after you’ve been walking all day!

Christopher ("stophuh") was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of local knowledge, including history, great restaurant and activity recommendations and a lot of jokes too! He kept the whole tour informal, lively, interesting and fun. It was clear he loves what he does, and knows a lot about local history and culture! He also took us to a place with FAR BETTER beignets than Cafe Du Monde! (Yes, I said it). Five stars for Stofuh!

Pinky was an amazing guide! She literally has the “keys to the city”! The tour was very interactive and our group got to visit most of the courtyards at almost every single stop.
