Awesome experience learning about New Orleans. Starts with culture and general history to set the stage for the ghost and vampire stories.
We had Britta as our tour guide she was amazing and love blaze our mule. The tour was very informative and lots ghost stories and fun facts would highly recommend.
It’s nice and informative about the history and culture. Learned a lot about NOLA. The ghosts stories I won’t forget because many areas and buildings are haunted.
The guide was a lot of fun. Lots of interesting facts about the history of New Orleans that I had not heard on other tours. Thanks Jason!
Was amazing tour host was very funny and informative and educational great experience would definitely do again
The trip was very informative. The driver explained the history of the city in terms that we could understand. It was just the right duration.
A relaxing way to see and learn the history of the French quarter. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and able to incorporate humor into her narratives.
We had a great time with our amazing tour guide, Pretty Boy the horse. We enjoyed exploring all of the rich history and folklore this amazing town has to offer! Pretty Boy was the perfect gentleman, and his tour guide was very knowledgeable, making this a fun evening! We highly recommend this specific carriage tour because Pretty Boy enjoys giving you extra time galavanting through town. Great value for your money and excellent company!
A lovely ride and an interesting tour. Would've enjoyed it better with more of the haunted. I thought it was going to be more on the scary side instead of the informative.
It was a fine tour but a lot more like a “sightseeing tour” than a haunted one. I did a haunted walking tour years ago in this area and stories and delivery were spooky and convincing… this lady was more matter of fact… “this building is haunted bc people were executed here”. Very underwhelming and a waste of money tbh.
Our Guide was very informative and sociable. Learned history of New Orleans you don’t learn in the books.
Wife and I had the 10:30p haunted carriage ride on Friday, 7 AUG.
We were the only passengers and the crew decided to take the trip with just us. We were all ready for creepy, haunted history of New Orleans and we got historical review of the various areas and ties to entertainment like movies and celebrities and such.
The guide was great and very knowledgeable, just seemed to be on a different track than we signed up for.
It was wonderful. Our driver CJ and his mule Patsy were amazing. Loved the vibe he had through the whole tour and the information.
Very interesting, guide is well knowledgeable.
Good history about New Orleans.
Guide was very professional and friendly.
Very comfortable ride and easy to hear guide. Interesting facts that led me to explore and do more research when I got home.
They called me at approximately 4 hrs before our tour and cancelled us saying that it was too hot. At 9pm at night? I don’t think so. We were asked to reschedule 2 days later. We’re here all week for a convention and had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate Viator.
The carriage has no speaker system, and our guide was really hard to hear. Due mainly to construction, the tour lasted longer than expected, and the humidity was a killer.
Loved to hear about the history of the area. Hear about some of the buildings and the tour man was very knowledgeable about the history.
Had a great time! Sarah was very knowledgeable about the history and hauntings in and around the French Quarter and Ivan the mule was awesome!
Stories were unoriginal and boring the groups were disorganized and joe of us were scared at all by the stories
Be early don’t trust the public shuttles. We sat in a bus for 20 mins to go 2 miles. Thankfully our cabby had t left yet and was very understanding.
Driver seemed to relay memorized information. Very little interaction with customers. Very monotone delivery. Spontaneous interaction would have improved experience
Our guide was nice just wasn’t what we were hoping for out of the experience. Listening to other guides we passed on the way around I think they would have been a better fit. Was pricy for what we got out of it.
Linen was awesome as a tour guide. I'd choose him again. A lot of history. Great historic sites. Amazing view.
The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is long enough to be worth the money but not too long.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny even though it was a haunted history tour. This was great since there were kids present. The carriage ride was really nice in the evening breeze!
Great to ride around and see the town, but not many haunted stories, more historical.
Cars got caught behind us and it was hard to hear in the back seats.
Britta and Lulu were phenomenal. Loved hearing the history and folklore surrounding New Orleans. Very entertaining.
The gentleman is very knowledgeable about the history of the town. Wish we would’ve been given time to get off and take pictures of hot spots. Probably not worth $65
Though this is presented as a "Haunted" carriage ride, it is more of the history of New Orleans. We were expecting more haunted than history.
