Ron was our guide and he was AMAZING! We lucked out on it being a slow night, so it was just the two of us. Ron didn’t miss a beat and it was a great experience walking the French Quarter and learning about some of the scandalous and tragic parts of New Orleans history. Ron knows so much about the city and history, it was amazing.

It is a lot of walking. The good thing there is 3 bar stops. Tour guides were knowledgeable. I felt there should have been more stories.

Delvin was a lot of fun and knowledgeable about the history of the red light district in the French quarter. He made the history fun…. And the bar stops were great. It wasn’t as spooky as were were hoping- more focused on the brothels than ghosts. But a great tour.

Our tour guide, Dalvin, was very knowledgeable and fun. We were the only two on the tour so it felt very personalized. Learned lots of interesting information and had a great time. Would highly recommend!

Easy meet up. Slow walk in safe area. Interesting stories. Foul language to be aware of. Drink stops were friendly and good. It was cold, warm drink options would have been appreciated.

Very entertaining and packed with tons of knowledge about lewd local ho-story. We had some delicious drinks as well to heighten the experience and got tips about other local spots to check out. Well worth it, especially on our first night in NOLA.

Our tour guide Delvin was absolutely fantastic. Our entire group’s cheeks were sore from laughing. Delvin does not disappoint…his knowledge of the French Quarter history combined with his comedic delivery was pure joy. Chefs kiss !! Highly recommended this tour.

I don’t think there could have been a better tour guide. Animated stories, friendly, funny. I loved the stories and the “lewd” history. The stops were great. Not places we would have seen in the main arteries. Delvin was an awesome guide and if you take this tour, I would ask for him!

Very cool mix of history and lewd stories. Dane is a natural story teller and has great info about the city. We really like that they keep the tour small. Communication was great, too.

This was an okay tour, but I would not book again or recommend to others. I feel that going on a historical walking tour of the French quarter may be money better spent. It really depends on the tour guide you get , and our guide whilst she was a good story teller didn’t really create a great vibe. The bars we stopped at were slow to serve . The tour also did not follow the itinerary - eg we didn’t go to Jackson square but we did cover slave pens.

Carlo was an incredible, local guide who knew how to tell a good story! I was so immersed in his explanations and learned a lot about the history of the city, along with the ghost stories.

This tour gives you a glimpse into specific, historically accurate, dark and seedy people and events that shaped the city. Two women in particular who "greased the wheels" of early New Orleans. We all know a little alcohol and beautiful powerful women make life interesting and this tour was definitely interesting and informative. Slightly macabre, slightly naughty, informative without being dry, our guide Dane was absolutely fantastic! We had so much fun not only would I recommend it, I would go again. Dane gave us great history at all the stops, lingered at places we found especially interesting and gave us leads on books, other bars, and restaurants to go check out on our own.
