Pinky was an amazing guide! She literally has the “keys to the city”! The tour was very interactive and our group got to visit most of the courtyards at almost every single stop. Very knowledgeable of the history of New Orleans as well. My husband and I brought our 2 teenagers and they had a blast! Thanks for a great time Pinky!

Jenna is informative and entertaining. It's a long tour but Jenna made sure there were several stops where we could sit down and even an opportunity to get something to drink. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the tour!

Wes was absolutely captivating. I really enjoyed this tour! The tour seems very long walking A LOT but it went super fast! Ending with dinner table thing was perfect!

Pinky was extremely knowledgable and a great story teller. We really enjoyed this tour. One of the highlights of our vacation for sure.

So Much Fun!

Jody_M, Mar 2026
We didn’t see any ghosts, per se, but the tour was so much fun. Our guide, John, was absolutely fabulous. He was so animated and had such a phenomenal personality. He made the tour one of our favorite activities during our trip to New Orleans.

Fun tour with Gomez!

Angela_S, Mar 2026
Tour guy was awesome! Ask for Gomez to be your tour guide! At first I questioned it but we ended the guide with a bang!!!

None

Torpey_W, Mar 2026
Good stories and history of New Orleans but not much in the way of ghost stories or tales. Itinerary was jumbled.

A Walk to Remember

Shelly_H, Mar 2026
We had a great time with our guide. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The only thing that would have made the night better was fewer people in the group.

Completely Disappointed

Frank_L, Mar 2026
To start if give yo an address of 620 Decatur street and it’s actually a table next to the building. Extremely hard to find and if it wasn’t for my knowledge of the area being from a close by parish (St.Bernard ) we wouldn’t have found it at all. I thought it was boring and the use of the phone to appear to connect to the spirit was at best comical not scary. If I wanted a tour where the bars were and what drinks they served I could have just looked them up. The tours conclusion left us in the middle of the quarters some 1/2 mile to a mile from its starting point at 10 pm without the consideration for our safety or ability to return to our own transportation. It’s very poorly run and would highly NOT Recommend this tour at all. To top it all off we this tour was tucked in with grave yard tours in which we thought we signed up for!

Response from Host, Mar 2026

We are very sorry to here you had such a negative experience. We would really love to hear more details of what you experienced if you could call us at 504-475-5214. We have a few 5 star reviews from the tour that night, but we would like to share your feedback to the guide, as well as our check-in coordinator, to improve the tour. We also apologize you had issues finding the location. 620 Decatur is the entire block (the old Jax Brewery). Your email confirmation has a picture of a red ticket booth with a clock on top. That's a visual we supply to our guests to make it easier to find. We are sorry the visual was not sufficient and will review the location description. In terms of the cemetery, nothing in the description of the tour is a cemetery mentioned. The closest cemetery to the French Quarter is St Louis Cemetery #1, which has never been open at night. It has always closed at 4pm. We do operate a Haunted Cemetery Bus Tour at night that takes you four miles outside the Quarter to the Cities of the Dead-a series of cemeteries at the end of Canal Street. Again, that is a separate tour. We reiterate, we are very sorry about your negative experience and would love to hear more so that we can improve our tour. We hope you will consider reaching out.

Mandy_B, Mar 2026
we got there around 730 and couldn't find parking had to park several blocks away not really a kid scene at night could not find the street where the ghost tour was so we left. it was very busy with crowds. it would have been fun with a group of adults but not a family thing. party scene at night.

Unforgettable Experience, so cool !!

Ricardo_D, Mar 2026
I loved this tour soooo much , one of my favorite tours thus far . We learned so much history and hauntings around the city and we had EMF devices on our phones and heard some gnarly sounds and words to add to the aesthetic . We went inside some haunted places and it felt so eerie and yet so fun .

You need this tour!!

Our tour guide was amazing! Very nice and friendly. A lot of cool fact and history about the city. Would go again.

Fun

Leanne_R, Mar 2026
I loved learning about the dark side of NOLA. I was expecting more from this tour though, our guide was knowledgable but there was a lot of down time between stops so it felt extra long with a lot of walking so be prepared. Nothing scary which I was expecting.

Jason's common sense.

Jason, Feb 2026
You can learn a lot from it. I want to see a bunch more. The tours go efficient and make it worth it.

Pretty good

Julia_Z, Feb 2026
I thought it was a ghost tour but it was more of a history tour. It was cool to learn about the vampires and history but we didn’t see any ghosts. Our tour guide was nice and loud but the group was too large to get a good experience.

I went on the "New Orleans Ghost Tour: Go Inside a Haunted Location" on Saturday night on 2/21/26. 👻 Wes was our tour guide, and he made it incredible!! You can tell how passionate he is about the city's history, storytelling, and NOLA in general. I learned a lot of new and interesting things about the places he took us to. I'd highly recommend checking out the ghost tour and Wes being your tour guide! 10/10 ⭐️ rating! I absolutely LOVED it! 🖤

Nicole_P, Feb 2026
Jenna was funny and engaging. She had lots of factual and creepy details. The walking pace was easy to maintain. There was lots of time for pictures too.

Not great!

Julia_S, Jan 2026
To us it was not worth the money! Nothing to exciting! Your guide seemed to want to rush us through since it was chilly out! We were the only couple on this tour! Disappointed!

FarazIsmail, Jan 2026
Amazing tour by Orion, and was really charismatic and kept a large group fully engaged throughout. Definitely would do again.

Loved it!

Michelle_H, Jan 2026
The tour guide was very energetic and personable. He made the experience very entertaining and knowledgeable at same time.

It’s not interactive or exploratory

Miguel_M, Jan 2026
It’s strictly narrative and all presentations take place across the street of each building that’s in the tour; except for a brief sitting in a dining room.
