Great time- would do it again
Shuttle bus came on time within the window. No hiccups there. Ernie was a hilarious tour guide once we got to the swamp. Got to see alligators and everything. Ernie was throwing marshmallows to them. Go on this tour! It might not be around anymore if it becomes saltwater. The shuttle bus driver was able to drop me off at another place other than my hotel. I really appreciated that.

Soul of New Orleans- A MUST do!
Our experience on the Soul of New Orleans tour was nothing short of amazing, thanks ENTIRELY to our guide, Jay. What really stood out was how effortlessly Jay balanced storytelling with insight, not just sharing facts, but the deeper context behind New Orleans’ culture, resilience, and identity. His discussion of Hurricane Katrina and the devastation it left behind was powerful and personal, told with such care and authenticity. The afternoon flew by, and we couldn’t believe how quickly the time passed. This tour is a no-brainer for anyone interested in the history of New Orleans.

Our Tour Guide, Joseph, was excellent! I highly recommend this tour.
We took the "City Tour of New Orleans" on the morning of April 16, 2026 with Joseph, our driver and tour guide. He did an excellent job describing New Orleans during the three hour tour - the cemetery, Hurricane Katrina's impacts on the City, the levees, the houses along St. Charles Street and other interesting sites. Joseph's knowledge of New Orleans and the surrounding areas was amazing. I highly recommend this tour. Dennis

Amazing Tour
This tour covers a lot of ground, giving you a feel for the layout of New Orleans. Cynthia, our guide, is very passionate about her city and its history, and she is a fabulous narrator. She also gave us great advice about where to go and eat during French Quarter Festival.! Everyone appreciated the small air-conditioned mini bus and comfortable ride. Thank you also to our driver, Aaran!
