This was enjoyable from the moment we were picked up at the cruise port. Our guide, Walker, was in communication with us from early in the morning until he arrived at the port. The driving parts of the excursion were very interesting. The walking parts of the excursion were fascinating, including the spots to try some food items. The boat part of the excursion was fun, even if we had just come from a large cruise ship onto a small boat. The airport drop-off was smooth.

Great value tour. First on a nice quality mini bus superbly guided by David. Then a boat tour also guided by a really high energy Mexican lady. So sorry I forgot her name. Highly recommended for first day in Miami to get your bearings. Richard and Tracey UK

Ryan was our tour guide and he was fantastic - professional, funny and amazingly knowledgable about the geology, history, biology and ecology of the Everglades. The tour is packed with info from the beginning to the end and is top-notch all the way through. Even lunch was delicious and at a restaurant on the water. We loved every minute of it and learned so much. Our wet walk was truly wet and we were hiking up to our hips in water so be prepared - but the vendor provides wet shoes if you do not bring your own and there is a place to rinse off and change if needed. The airboat ride was interesting view of the grasslands and the boat tour of the 10,000 islands area was given by a local who knew the area so well. All day was handled professionally and with humor and was the most enjoyable day we have spent in south Florida this trip. Definitely do this tour if you want to actually get to know the diverse ecosystems of the Everglades area.

We had the most handsome, beautiful Italian man as a captain, for our tour was extremely informative, went out of his way to show us some of the most beautiful homes in the area that we normally wouldn’t be able to see and extended our trip a little longer due to a delay from the previous client making a mess in the bout. He went above and beyond, and even answered lots of our questions.. I would highly recommend this specific boat charter tour and Italian capitan ( please forgive me for forgetting his name) . Their phone numbers are saved in my phone now I will be looking no further for private tours !

This was an amazing little afternoon excursion. Our host was very knowledgeable in local birds, fish, fauna and all things wildlife. we kayaked alongside a pod of dolphins, saw crab spiders, raccoons, puffer fish, a variety of birds and then some. Highly recommend this to see the biscayne bay. Great value.

We only had a short time in Miami so did the Everglades and city tour combo in one day. It was a long day but it was fantastic. Our guide Christian was awesome! He gave us so much information. Lots of laughs and we feel like we really got to see a lot of Miami. The Everglade trip was wonderful as well. A really good way to fit in both in the one day. Very comfortable & clean transportation!

This was a private tour of Miami. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and experienced with the different parts of this city, and he was the best part about the tour. However, the owner of the company, Banana Bob’s Tours, could not have been more incommunicative. There was no information about pick up times, pick up locations, etc., and the information we were given was entirely inaccurate. They never responded to a single inquiry and you cannot reach them via phone. Viator was even worse. I spent hours making many phone calls, trying to get clarity so that we could make the tour on time. The many people that I interacted with were rude, oppositional, and worthless. I have been using Viator for a lot of things over the past few years, but no more. I will find other ways to source my tours from here out so that I don’t have to deal with these rude and incompetent people. Book this tour directly righ… do not use Viator. I regret ever giving them any of our business.

We truly enjoyed the tour — it showed us a different side of Miami. Watching the sunset out on the ocean was simply magical. Captain Leonis was very friendly and shared interesting facts about the city, making the whole experience even better.
