We suggest being at the ticket booth to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour before the desired cruise time you want. We start boarding 15 minutes before each cruise. All our trips are first come, first serve based on cruise space available. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132 (Through the colorful flags by the 4th Street entrance or Walk of Fame)

A:Yes, there is a covered parking garage at Bayside Marketplace. After entering the main entrance at NE 3rd Street, stay to your left and follow signs to the parking garage. There is a fee to park - rates may vary.

Boat is nice and clean. Boat crew nice and polite but not much of a tour. More music and sight seeing with your eyes with a few callouts of places and homes.
Hard to hear commentary in the cabin below so you do have to go upstairs if you want to get information about what you’re seeing.

Boat tour itself was fine. Direction on how to get to the dock was completely missing. I arrived at the address, it was a big mall and then had no idea where to go. And then voucher codes on the phone could not board, they had to be printed out so I had to walk to the booth. What a waste of time.

This was a last minute booking for a 6pm cruise, but had a fantastic experience with the cruise.
The tour guide/ narrator JB was by far the best & he kept us entertained throughout. He fluidly switched between English & Spanish & showed us the true flavors of Spanglish while pointing out all the must sees along the way.
He added an extra personal touch by offering to take creative photographs of Miami skyline & us creating extra special memories .
Excellent bar service & an overall fantastic experience .

This tour was amazing! The boat was so comfortable with shade, AC, and a bar! JB was the tour guide and he did a great job describing each celebrity home with very funny jokes in between. I would definitely recommend you do this when visiting Miami. Bonus!- it’s only 90 minutes so you have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Honestly, i was lead to believe it was going to be a glamourus tour of beach houses for millionaires, it was mediocre most of the houses were hidden by trees or under renovations. Me and my husband kept falling asleep from how bored we were.

The tour guide was great. He kept having to tell people to move and stop blocking others view. They did not listen. People stood in the front of the boat the entire time hogging the view. It was ridiculous. On top of that the two workers that try to get you to fill out raffle tickets talk too loud and laughed the whole time like they were not at work. I could barely hear what the tour guide was saying. Majority of the problem was the passengers themselves, not the company per se.

The cruise was an amazing deal for the price. I enjoyed everything from voucher redemption to photo purchase at the end of the cruise and everything in between.
I took the sunset cruise, departing at 5 pm on Dec. 9. The sunset and decorative lights in the homes and businesses were breathtaking. The narration and music complemented my videos very well. I highly recommend this cruise. It’s on my Must Do Again List!

The Miami water was beautiful and the mansions luxurious. But the trip was tainted when we “won” a free boat ride from ‘Holidays Network Group’. It turned out to be a trip, which was actually a time share scam in which we had to pay a $40 deposit before we finished our boat ride to secure our free trip which would be refunded when we booked the trip. The catch was that we had to sit through a 2 hour presentation at a hotel 40 minutes from ours. When I tried to call/text the man about it, he didn’t answer or return a text. Do not sign up to win a “free” trip on the Millionaire Row tour. We really felt violated and taken advantage of. We trusted them because they were associated with a reputable tour company. It was a costly lesson. If you someone gives you this number, 954-610-8418, run. Take the ride, leave the “gift”.

The Captain and his staff were wonderful! I took my 87 year old mother on the tour along with her walker and that was my biggest concern was are the people on this boat going to be attentative to her needs. Sure enough, they were so helpful and kind in getting her on and off the boat that it made for a wonderful experience for my mom. Just because your old, doesn't mean you can't enjoy life and with your help she had a really great time! Vessel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Chairs are not confortable, In the second floor are so many seats and you can no take great pictures until the end of the tour that you have the chance to go on the first floor to have a better view.

I called ahead of time to make sure that the trip was wheelchair accessible and it was anything but. I was unable to get onto the tour with my power wheelchair and it was a very embarrassing situation. I did not get a trip I did not get a refund and I would highly suggest not booking this if you are a wheelchair user
