This was a great experience! Our guide (Reza) was insightful about the history of the area, the biology and able to make this entire day entertaining. Two boat rides! Alligators! Dolphins!! And all of the birds you never knew you needed to see!

Exceeded our expectations. Mark did a phenomenal job sharing insights/history/bird and wildlife knowledge with great enthusiasm. The air boat, walk, lunch and boat tour were excellent. Well worth the money spent for a day in the Everglades!

Trip was canceled Trip was supposed to be at 830 am. At 806 after arriving at the meeting point and after having drove 45 minutes through the morning traffic, we got a text from the tour operator that trip was cancelled because the transporting bus had a flat tire. So the whole idea of exploring the Everglades gone, just like that. Imagine going to Florida for a week, spend thousands of dollars to see the Everglades and only to be told the car had a flat tyre and so you won’t be going! Where is plan B, can you hire another van so you can actually complete service delivery. I would have hired second can if l was the tour operator, because that shows one cares about clients who come from all over the world to enjoy Miami. Put more effort and deliver please .

Hi Mary, We discovered a nail in the tire early that morning. Since safety is always our top priority, we immediately took the van to the shop at 7:00 AM. The repair team assured us it would be ready by 9:00 AM, allowing us to reach you by 10:00 AM and continue the tour with only a slight delay—that was our Plan B. You were very kind and understanding when we spoke, and ultimately, you chose not to wait. I recall you mentioning your son was excited about doing a jet ski tour instead, which sounded like a fun alternative. Regarding transportation, I truly wish it were as simple as renting another van, but commercial tour operations require specific vehicles covered by the appropriate liability insurance. That’s a legal and safety standard we must uphold. Please know I was doing everything possible to ensure we could still deliver the experience. I completely understand your disappointment—I felt it too. You were issued a full refund, and I genuinely hope you still found memorable moments during your visit.
