A bus takes you from your hotel to Key West, however the bus is filled to the max (no empty seats) so if you are an odd # of people, you are certainly sitting with someone. It's a 4 hour drive each way. Part of our bus had seats facing backward which I had to sit in and I get car sick, so I had to sit sideways for 4 hours so I wouldn't get sick. I told the tour guide, but she didn't do anything. It was a very hot day and the AC did not work well at all on the lower tier of the bus and everyone was very hot. The seats are first come first serve, which is a pain. When you get to Key West, the bus drops you off and then the tour guide takes you to your area if you sign up for an excursion. If you do the marina trips- it is quite a longer walk there so wear comfortable shoes. The snorkeling boat I had- stated that one of their boats was broken so double the amount of people were on 1 boat. They ran out of room to sit and it was so crowded to snorkel people were on top of each other and a lot of fish swam away because of all the splashing/swimming. There were also some rude snorkelers that did not listen to the charter employee's instructions and affected seeing the fish as well since they were chasing them. Been on a few of Viator's excursions and all were 5 stars except this one. If you don't like long bus rides look into a different way to get to Key West from Miami and then book the excursions.

I will check on the Catamaran boats to make sure they are all running and will ask for a report if there are any ones that are out on Maintenance so we can know ahead of time. Team was nice. Time planning was good. Didn’t get to snorkel due to the weather so I advise to buy without snorkel and if weather is nice buy it on the bus.

We deeply regret the cancellation that was announced to us on the bus after departure, although we would have liked to have been able to cancel our trip as well, as it had become uninteresting...and the weather was known at the outset. In short, we were dissatisfied with the way the service was handled. What's more, the guide offered to buy us a trolley ticket for a tour of the island, whereas in reality he sold us a ticket for a simple tour of the city center.... a day wasted in every way!

The transportation was on-time and provided a lot of helpful information. The tour guide was very friendly and the driver was able to get us to Key West early! We were able to add parasailing to our day with the help of our tour guide. We had a wonderful experience with FURY during our snorkeling and parasailing excursions. Parasailing in Key West is a one-in-a-lifetime experience and I highly recommend it to anyone going on this trip!

The snorkel excursion was amazing however the lady on the bus was very rude passengers. The post is confusing as it reads 3 hour snorkel adventure and 6 hours to wander the keys. We were there a total of 5.5 hours. The lady on the bus told a passenger she had a nice voice but it was too loud and another passenger to take her kid to the back she did t want it near her. However the snorkel with fury was 10 plus stars

We had a great time with our snorkeling crew.
The bus ride down was long and uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not working on over 1/2 the bus.
They were trying to get it fixed but the trip home was just as uncomfortable. It was clearly older. The bathroom had not tissue so you could not use it. That was not great either.
The snorkeling trip was an amazing add on!!! The crew was great. Super informative and lots of fun. Highly recommend this.

I got snorkelling tour. The only think I do not understand is forcing people for tipping. I tipped small amount (because I got nothing special, Even when I try to talk to captian, she ran away…) then a family saw the money I gave. And that rubbish family start talking about my tipping.
In USA, in service sector, dont they have salary? It is not good tradiation at all. (I mean for all service sector including food)
If I think I have a good service, I decide the amount.

Prior to booking this trip, I called and asked the company a few questions about snorkeling as it was my 1st time. On our way there, I received an alert that the water was choppy. When we checked in, I was adviced we will be out about 10/20 and there was no guarantee anyone would be able to help me. When it was time to board, the captain advised that due to choppy weather it's not safe for 1st timers or people that are not good swimmers and said they will refund us our money. Unfortunately I was disappointed because I asked specific questions to Greyline and the representative wasn't upfront. And I really was looking forward to snorkeling.

This was a poorly set up tour.
The pick up options were only available by predetermined drop down options only. Where we were staying was not available in the drop down options, so we selected no pick up, deciding instead to meet at the departure point.
The changed the pick up spot and did not inform us. It was somehow decided that we did not need transportation, even though we paid for a tour that included it???

Its a double edged sword on the bus ride yet the activities made it all worth it..i had a blast i so enjoyed myself me n my bestfriend had a blast on my birthday cien dolphins and all was a beautiful experience most definitely will b back next year.. oh did i mention the unlimited drinks...such a way to celebrate my birthday 💯💯💯😎😎

Do Not Take This Trip long bus trip to Keys also knowing weather was bad they still picked up customers and when we get Keys All Activites Where Cancelled by Operator I am sure they knew ahead off time and should have canceled trip to avoid the longest and worst bus ride ever Ruined my Last Day for Vacation

It was an overall good experience. Key West is a great place to visit. However since I did snorkeling it took up most of my day, so I had to go back to explore Key West another day. The transportation & boat was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet in the boat was in a bad condition. The snorkeling experience was good.
