Very good trip, driver was really helpful, and trip inside Everglades was awsome! We were divided into two groups to ride open air boat! You can ride 50mph, see aligators, iguanas and many more beautiful species!

Make sure to bring a jacket if the temperature is below 80 degrees F. Also, make sure you stay around for the alligator show. Excellent tour!

The trip was really good but the booking process with Viator not so much. Booked online and chatted with Gillian who seemed unable to advise where the nearest pick up was to our hotel. There was a list of addresses to choose from but nothing near us. She advised 'just pick one' and the booking would be amended on completion. This proved not to be the case and several emails later I was still none the wiser. It wasn't until Grayline the actual tour operator contacted me the day before the trip on Whatspp to offer pick up options that I felt reassured that we would be going on the trip. So probably reluctant to book with Viator again - sorry!

There was a pick up at the hotel included in the price but, though we were on time, the bus had already left and we had to reach in a hurry walking the meeting point. After few minutes the bus broke down and we had to wait more than 1 hour for the bus to be replaced. They advertised a Tour of almost 6 hours and it lasted less than 4 hours
The short cruise on the boat was the only nice thing that lasted about 50 minutes. Then we waited 30 minutes for a stupid and bad alligator show which was not advertised in the tour..

I know there is a alligator show after the airboat and i will make sure it is list in the tour description. i do apologize for the unforeseen circumstance with the bus. we are check all of our buses and even adding a few more inspection times. The actual trip to the Everglades is worth
4 stars. One star lost for poor admin. Pick up was late, past supposed final time but did turn up. Pick ups were for 2 separate tours, meaning a drop off in Miami to let some passengers off, and pick up some more. It took more than 2 hours to get there.
The driver got confused as to which wristbands were to be use by which customers. Lots of us had to swop bands.
There was a problem with some of the passengers not having paid the full price, and we had to wait in Miami while they went to the ATM to get money to pay for the balance of their trip. This is very poor admin.
The boat trip itself was basically a tourist version, but we did see Flora and fauna, birds and indeed some alligators. It’s quite difficult to get to the true natural Everglades in just a one day trip. Allowing for the difficulties, we enjoyed the trip very much.

It was a fun tour and good experiences with the friendly and knowledgeable Captain, really enjoyed the tour. The only issue with the driver who pick us up from the Hotel we provided, He stopped at the opposite site and he wanted us to cross over in the middle of the street under rain and heavy traffic which was very dangerous and we also didn't get notify in advanced.

Very long bus ride, over 2.5hrs and it was Freezing. Air boat was about 45min. I wish I saved my money and time. Air boat was ok, nothing special. 5hrs just in travel!

Most of the reviews about the bus trip were negative, but we had a great time. It seems like they’ve fixed the issues. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was that it’s basically a nature tour, with Everglades and gators and all that, but the airboats and their operators added a strange dragster-like element. The boats are super loud - my Apple watch says 110 decibels! The guide was proud to say that they use two V-8s that produce 500 horsepower. And a few times, they’d count down “3-2-1” before revving up the engines and letting out a lot of noise, vibration, and exhaust fumes. There wasn’t a thrilling burst of acceleration, my car is way faster. It was just a really odd pairing with the otherwise beautiful environment. Why rush, anyway? And why not add car mufflers to those V8s, replacing the little minibike-looking ones? I had to wear earplugs so I missed a lot of what the guide said. Maybe I’m being a bit of a fussbudget here, but I just wanted to help out.

Booked tour and received confirmation that they would pick up and drop off from our hotel.
Received notification next day that they do not pick up from our hotel and we need to get to another hotel. That was fine. In the day we walked the 30 mins to the other hotel, asked the valet where the pick up usually happens and we waited.
After due pick up time driver came and got us, rudely told us we were in the wrong location and then continued to tell us that he would not be returning us to this hotel after the tour and we had to make our own way back.
Boat ride and park activities were good and loved the interaction between the speaker and a gator. Provided us with good information and he obviously cared about these animals.
As we returned back to the bus depot we again asked about getting back to our hotel and was rudely told “take that trolley”.
Gator park need to be made aware of the poor service this bus line provides to their customers.

The bus transfer was excellent but into the park we didn’t see alligators in the river, in natural wild life. We only see the show of them in captivity and that was terrible. I mean the treatment of the the poor animals. I’m against this show. Sorry.

Attention the tour doesn´t include "Wander along a jungle walking trail" !!!
We booked this tour because of this quote and at the end we had just the Airboat ride.
We tried to get some money back because we were dissatisfied but after the refund request they didnt respond at all. We do not recommend this tour!!!

The tour itself was amazing. Captain Chaos was the best and we saw four gators
Would I opt for the bus ride there? not if you are staying mid beach. We were one of first pickups so were in the bus for 1.5 hours before we finally got in the road to the park. We would recommend meeting bus at bayside market and get on there. Spend some time looking around first. We UBERED from the first hotel stop going home and got home in 20 instead of 1.25hrs. If we stayed in bus it would have been a 9am to 430pm day

The experience was ok the airboat was nice and refreshing we managed to see wild gators so we were happy
The show was not a show and slightly stupid tbh
For the price you get what you get but guys !!! please fight for your paycheck instead of continuously asking for tips and tips 110$ for two persons for 1h30min experience don’t expect us to give another 10/20$ for each person we are meeting at the park.
To conclude its nice but don’t expect something incredible !!

The alligator show was amazing, the host was funny and informational. And the gators were adorable! The airboat guide was great in taking us around the Everglades. Lines weren’t too long and wait time was reasonable. Food was perfect!

The pickup location changed compared to what we booked.
The bus ride was very cold, we had to ask several times to turn down the air con.
No sight of a single alligator during the tour.
Too many boats.

We originally booked the tour with pick up at our hotel then we informed that we would have to go to 1601 Biscayne Blvd which cdt me an extra $75 from the JE Marriott that was very disappointing and time vonsuming

My airboat adventure was canceled. I received multiple information in relation to our pickup point. I was also asked to enter my pickup point. I was willing to walk to the location even after the driver was late. The driver left and I reported this to an associate and was greeted with unprofessionalism and rudeness.

The experience I had was horrendous. We were told we would be on the bus for around 45 minutes this morning on the way to our Everglades Airboat Experience. As you can see from the attached photo, we were driven far west into Florida, nowhere near the place where we were ultimately taken. Our pickup was supposed to be at 9:50 and we were picked up late (I had to call the tour operator to make sure he was coming) but were then dropped off at the experience at around 12:45. We were on the bus for 2 hours and 45 minutes for what was supposed to be a 45 minute ride. Whenever we asked the 'guide' on the bus, we were told various lies about the timing of when we would get to our destination.
We were also told by the guide when he did manage to speak to us (I only know his name but am omiting it here, because I asked and he never offered this information and he rarely communicated with us unless I went to the front of the bus to ask him a question) a variety of reasons why we were delayed and he mentioned traffic which I later learned from the driver who brought us back may have been an accident they were trying to get around but it seemed like no GPS was used to get around this situation. As you can see by the attached Life 360 photo my husband took as he tracked our whereabouts, the route taken due west wasn't a solution for getting around this accident.
At one point, the driver, who did not speak, must have realized that we were going the wrong way and he proceeded to make an illegal 180 degree turn on a 2-lane road in the Coach bus (one lane in each direction). There was also a time when the driver abruptly slowed down, which was very unsafe as we all slammed forward. (Unrelated but unsanitary - the toilet lid and seat were in the back of the bus behind seats - outside of the bathroom).
After being mislead over and over about why we were off course, and when we would end up at our destination, all of the passengers asked to be taken back to our pickup points in Miami and skip the Everglades experience. We were refused and told we were not in charge. One of my fellow passengers called the police on the driver and guide. We all feared that we were being kidnapped. We even pulled over at the side of the road once while the driver and the guide communicated with each other, in the middle of nowhere. There was little to no communication from either of them and we did not know where we were heading. We had passed multiple other Everglades experiences but did not go to any of them and ended up at one that was not where we were expecting to be - near Fort Lauderdale.
Sorry this is so long, but the experience was terrifying. I was alone with 4 kids. We were supposed to be a group of 7 with 2 more adults who weren't feeling well, but there were only 5 of us in our group on this trip. The kids were scared and some were crying and the guide, did NOTHING to assure us that he or the driver were taking us to either the correct Everglades experience or back to Miami, where we started. Another passenger even started having a screaming match with Ariel when it appeared he was refusing to bring us back home. We all felt extremely unsafe the entire ride there once we figured out we were off course.
We met another bus driver when we got to the Everglades experience and he assured us he would drive us back to our hotel which is why we stayed, but we were so shaken up after the bus ride that no one even wanted to do any of the Everglades experiences.
This was HORRENDOUS and caused us to return 2 3/4 hours late to our hotel and prevented us from doing anything else we had planned to do. It ruined our day. We were outside at 9:45 for a 9:50 pickup that did happen a little late but didn't get back home until 4:45 when we were told the day would be ending by 2.

Unsafe booking: We booked the trip on 9am and arrived in Miami in the early morning, and before that we could not set a pick up place, causing they moved our trip to afternoon. We called to dispute and finally got the morning tickets.
Delayed departure: 10am but not 9am.
Wrong destination: The itinerary was to Everglades Safari park, but actually they brought us to Everglades Holiday park.
