    Disappointing, waste of time

    Lots of waiting - and long bus ride to and from. The boat was fun but only lasted 45 minutes. All in all, not really worth the total time. Would have rather spent more for a private boat tour, rather than being herded like cats.

    Warning: Be ready to wait for longer than the actual activity. But, in good company it goes by so fast! We had an amazing time. We booked for 10am and left around 10:15am if not a little later, we got back at around 2:30pm.

    Saw three gators! Super awesome! Glad to hear the gator show host is a no-kill trapper. Wish they would ditch the pictures with the baby gator though. Let the animal go please.

    Excellent option for doing a tour of the Everglades with the air boat ride while visiting Miami. The tour bus arrived on time, and we had an appropriate amount of time in the Everglades, including the boat tour and alligator demonstration. One bit of feedback I would provide is telling attendees what the tour bus looks like prior to pick up. The hotel in Miami from which the tour bus picked us up is a pick up spot for multiple bus tours of the Everglades, so it would be very helpful to know which bus to expect. Otherwise, I have no notes about this experience, and I would recommend it to anyone, who wants to visit the Everglades from Miami.

    Great experience. The bus was relatively on time, maybe running about 5 minutes late, but I was also at the last pickup spot. Our bus driver/guide was great with communication about how long it would take to get to our destination and the route we would take to get there. He also shared some interesting information while we drove. We were able to board the boats within 10 minutes of arriving at Holiday Park. The boat tour was fantastic, we saw a lot of interesting wildlife. We had time to attend the alligator show and sit down to enjoy a drink and a snack before heading back into Miami. The tour ended on time with no issues.

    Everglades airboat ride & alligator show

    Our pickup location was at the Miami Holiday Inn so we had to uber to & from. An additional expense. Bus was good, driver explained what we needed to do. Captain Jason found a couple alligators and provided everyone on the airboat the opportunity to view them & get pics. Tyler did the alligator show and he was great. He explained about the 15 alligators in captivity there and his ability to handle them was impressive. After show he met with people and answered questions. Tyler’s ability to handle the alligator and his calm presentation made the show.

    Pick up available only from certain locations. Don't believe in information about small groups of 7. There is 19 people we had in group. Be ready to not see any alligators in nature.

    Hi, Pick up is offered from Miami Beach alongo Collins Ave only as stated on the tour information. Unfortunately we can't control nature and alligators are unpredictable. We do not offer any small groups of 7 in our tour information...

    Non credete di vedere alligatori solo perché siete alle Everglades. In natura è raro vederli, a noi è capitata la fortuna di vederne uno tra le paludi. Penoso lo spettacolo in cui gli alligatori sono sfruttati per il piacere dei turisti.
