If you’ve chosen the tour, including the wildlife show, you’ll first visit the Everglades Alligator Farm for a guided talk about Everglades wildlife.
Next, hop aboard the airboat, the flat-bottomed boats powered by propellors that are used to navigate the shallow waterways of the Everglades. After a safety briefing, it’s time to power up the boat and zoom off into the national park. Hold on tight as you pick up speed, skid around corners, and glide through the wetlands, then keep your eyes peeled for alligators and other wildlife as the boat slows down to let you take photos.
After a thrilling 20-, 40-, or 60-minute airboat ride (depending on the option selected), return to the starting point where your tour ends.

- Please note that while our boat ranger will make every effort to look out for alligators in the wild, the Everglades are not a zoo with guaranteed animal appearances. Animal appearances depend on various factors such as weather, time of year, breeding season, luck etc. Any animals that you see in captivity in the sanctuary are injured or orphaned rescue animals that would otherwise not survive in the wild. Therefore they are kept in the sanctuary. As per US government regulations these animals are taken care of in Florida wide sanctuaries to educate the public. The welfare of the animals is properly controlled and regulated by the State of Florida. Thank you for your understanding.

A great day out and a must-do if you’re in Miami! Our guide really went out of his way to help us spot alligators—and we saw about six!! The experience itself was definitely worthwhile. The bus ride was quite long with multiple pick-ups, so next time I’d probably take an Uber instead, which would be around $60 USD.

The Everglades holiday park was great. Got to see 3 alligators, a few birds and lizards. This would have been a 5 star review if it hadn't been the pathetic bus experience.
First, the bus was 20 min late. Also, it broke down causing further 1 hour delay. It was raining heavily when we were returning. The driver didn't announce when we reached our drop off location. Us and multiple other passengers had to get off at the next stop in heavy rain and then pay for surcharge Uber pricing to get back to our original location. The driver didn't even apologize.

We understand the frustration and extra cost of the Uber, and we apologize for the driver’s lack of apology.

Great tour very well organised from the bus picking us up and Armando driving to the information we gained on the air boat ride and information about the eco system then the bonus of seeing a wild alligator sunning itself - the show was brilliant and the wrangler was both very funny and knowledgeable. The food was good and it was great to get the opportunity to hold a baby alligator for a very reasonable fee. We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip thank you

The Everglades has been on my bucket list for a few years, and it didn’t disappoint, it was fantastic. The gator show was brilliant, and the airboat was awesome going through the Everglades & we spotted 2 gators too !

Our bus was late to get to the Everglades and then was taken in a van with a driver who spoke no English. Our tour was cut very short due to severe weather , never saw the show or exhibits. I feel a partial refund should’ve been given. The driver of the bus that finally came to the Everglades was angry about his tips!

You go there to see alligators, they tell you about them without looking for them so you end up not seeing one.

Captain Rick on the boat was great. The time to pick up and drop was far too long for the one hour boat ride. We spent 4.5 hours on a bus. Standing in line whilst waiting for the boat ride in the hot sun without shade should not be permitted. The gator show was very underwhelming

We did an afternoon tour from Miami as a last minute idea. The set up (guides, driver, bus) were great and getting to the park went nice and smooth.
The rest was below average.
The gator show promised didn’t have any activity other than a guy going into the gator enclosure and giving a 5min speech from there. Animal enclosures in the park were small and smelly and moving people around felt very rushed and disorganised. The airboat ride was a complete waste of time. Even if you see gators in the wild you will basically only see their head peaking out of the water and can barely recognise it as a gator. The airboat driver was storming around the canals like mad trying to get gators out of their napping areas which definitely didn’t feel right. Don’t recommed.

Boat ride you just see some birds and a few gators swimming around. At the show nothing really happens just a guy talking and sitting on a gator. A lot of logistics and time and money spent for not a lot in return.

The bus ride was a nightmare.... Getting to the Park, the driver had no idea how to use climate control and keep his windshield clear. My seat was jammed in a reclined position and all seats were taken so I had no choice but to try and sit upright. Exhausting!
On the way back the bus died--- DIED right on the Interstate...in traffic....can it get any more dangerous than that? He kept trying to get the bus to start and move and eventually, it died altogether and would not start. Already extremely delayed, we had no choice but to pay $34 to hire an Uber to get us back to the hotel. We paid for the pick-up and drop-off and did not have an acceptable transportation outcome.

One of the most expensive tours you can book and not worth the price. Had lots of issues with the booking. The purchase is through viator but the operator is a different company - got conflicting information, the operator was not answering the phone etc. The bus times communicated were incorrect but it waited for us, the driver was ok but the microphone on the bus was not working very well so we could not understand him, bus was old etc.
The Everglades itself was nice, but I would recommend a different company.

We were given a pickup time of 10:10 to 10:25 outside the Holiday Inn in downtown Miami, told to look out for a blue bus. We were there from 10:12 to 10:40, watched a blue bus drive past us without stopping at about 10:20 and were told via Viator message that we had missed the tour. I tried contacting the operator (via Viator) and they claimed we were not at the pickup point. I DEMAND a refund.

I was so excited to visit the Everglades but finally it was another tourist trap.
The company is terrible and only cares about your money. I was scheduled to go one day and they didn't wait for me, didn't want to refund so I had to change completely my plans and go another day. Which kind of company does that? Especially if you work in tourism. Luckily our guide was really nice and I felt bad for him to put so much energy for a company like that. I don't recommend

This was not $99 per person worthy. We just got back from our boat ride and are being rushed to go through exhibits, no photo available and we won’t be able to see the show!!! We were told to be on the bus by 4:20 or we would be left. The staff at the location are not the nicest. Especially Suni on the gift store who scolded my husband and I for not being down at the exhibit. We had just returned from the boat ride and it was sweltering and we need a beverage. I really want some of my money refunded. I should only be charged for the boat ride. Plus we were called and informed they couldn’t pick us up from our location because the bus was full.
