Al is a brilliant driver/guide. We had a fabulous and memorable day seeing so many amazing places that we could not have seen ourselves. He showed us even more places than were on his itinerary. Al is very friendly, knowledgable, professional, helpful and good fun. He constantly refilled his supplies of water/soft drinks/snacks for us to use. I would definitely recommend Al and this tour to everyone, it’s fantastic.

This was a great tour to start our stay in Miami. Our guide Ali picked us up from the designated spot and drove us around in his comfortable vehicle (there were 10 of us). We viewed all the highlights and spent time at several key locations. It was so interesting, covered a lot and was the best way to become orientated to the city. Definitely recommend and thanks for a great day!

Best Tour with the Best Tour Guide featuring Surprise Unique Stops

We wanted a tour that did not have too many people and that allowed us to spend time in places like Wynwood and Little Havana. This tour, headed by our knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating tour guide, Al, was the perfect tour of Miami. Al made the tour fun and we were able to experience the places that we truly wanted to see. In addition, we were able to go to places and streets the big tour busses are not allowed to go like Star Island and visit the inside of The Biltmore Hotel. Those stops and others were unexpected and made the trip even better. I highly recommend this tour with Al. You will not be disappointed.

We took this tour with Al. Everything was great from start to finish. Al sent a message the night before with very specific instructions about where to meet for the pick up point. He arrived there promptly and we were off for our tour. The day started out rainy, but the tour did not disappoint. We saw so many different neighborhoods and learned the history and culture of each of them. Al was friendly always making sure everyone was comfortable and providing snacks and drinks. He gave us clear instructions about where and when to meet him at each stop. I highly recommend this tour. Al made the day fun and educational. You will go away with a greater understanding of all of Miami.

This tour truly lives up to its promise of being a comprehensive introduction to Miami. It covers a wide range of neighborhoods and highlights, giving you a solid overview of the city and helping you decide where you might want to return and explore more deeply later on. Pickup was the only part that felt a bit tricky. The written pickup description is clear and accurate, but the visual map could use an update. The location indicator flag shows the wrong spot in the general area, which can create confusion even though the actual written instructions are correct. A quick refresh of that visual would make the process smoother. Once the tour began, everything improved immediately. Al was fantastic, knowledgeable, funny, entertaining, and incredibly respectful. He shared great information throughout the drive, added humor at the right moments, and kept the group engaged without ever feeling overwhelming. His commentary made the city come alive. The tour follows the itinerary exactly as described. You get about 30 minutes in the Miami Beach area to walk around on your own, and about an hour in Little Havana, which is enough time to grab lunch and explore the neighborhood. The remaining stops are shorter (around 15–20 minutes), but they’re perfect for quick highlights and photo opportunities. Throughout the drive, Al continues to point out landmarks, history, and local insights, which adds a lot of value between stops. We really enjoyed the experience. It introduced us to different parts of Miami in a structured, enjoyable way and helped us narrow down where we wanted to spend more time afterward. It’s a great option for first‑time visitors or anyone wanting a high‑level overview of the city. They also provide water and snacks, and the van is comfortable and air‑conditioned, which makes the day even more pleasant. Overall, this was a well‑run, informative, and fun tour. Despite the minor pickup visual issue, I would definitely recommend this service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Miami City Highlights Tour! I had an incredible time on the Miami City Highlights tour! We visited all the iconic spots — Ocean Drive in South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Castaway Beach, Coconut Grove, and the vibrant Wynwood Walls. Every stop was beautiful and full of character. Our guide, Al, was absolutely awesome — full of energy, fun, and overflowing with knowledge about Miami’s history, culture, and hidden gems. You could tell he genuinely loves the city and enjoys sharing it. Communication and pickup were seamless, and the whole experience felt super organized. I also appreciated the thoughtful extras like Diet Coke, bottled water, and snacks — such a nice touch that made the tour even better. 10/10 experience! I’m so happy I did it and I would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Al was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic through our the tour. We covered so many areas and got to explore Miami South Beach and Little Havana with more leisure time. The places we bought food were really good. He also had water and snacks which was helpful. Got to stop at several places to take pictures and use the restroom.

Driver of Van was the tour guide. One hand on the steering wheel, the other on his microphone. I expected a different person not the driver to do the tour. Was late at Pick up. Van had his personal belongings on the back. Had to tell to remove them. No step stool, had to be assisted to get in the van. Guide assisted us to get off van and thankful for that. He was a good story teller, funny and knowledgeable.

When I was trying to decide what to do with my daughter on the day before we took a cruise, i wanted to choose a tour where she could see the city since she had never been to Miami before. This tour seemed to cover all of the interesting places. The best part was our tour guide Al. He was great! Full of life and super fun..he made sure that everyone was cared for and had a good time. We learned interesting facts about the city and had plenty of time at each stop. We loved that we had extra time to wander, eat, shop a little in South Beach and Little Havana. He took pictures for us and even had special reservations in a restaurant with live cultural music and dancing! He also set up a special desert for us at an upscale restaurant in Coconut Grove. It was nice to walk in and they were expecting us. The Mercedes Van was very nice with cold AC. A welcome break between stops. Because the maximum is 12 passengers, it was very personalized and by the end of the day we had made new friends. If you want to get an overview of Miami, take this tour!! It was a great value for the cost. We were VIPs all day and loved it. Thanks Al!
