Fabulous Experience!
Ricardo made our experience exceptional! He was professional, communicative and fun. He was accommodating with picking us up and dropping us off. His car was clean and comfortable and his driving made us feel safe. He is from sintra so knew all the great places to go and all the history. Highly recommend this tour!

The instructions for the meeting place were easy to follow, and the ride to Sintra felt very safe. Honor and Olkay were friendly, easy to understand and knowledgeable. They took us to local places in Sintra and made recommendations that were spot on. I left my phone in the van, and Olkay returned it to me at a convenient location to me. Highly recommend!

Lives up to the hype!
We had a great time with Brina! Private transfer to and from the hotel with stops at to Sintra Palaces, lunch on the beach in Colares, and afternoon drinks in Casais. She was great bringing all the history to live and giving us tips where to go. Thank you so much for keeping our family entertained all day!

Personalized excursion
Nuno made our outing extra special with all the details—how to access the palace with the shortest wait time, the best photo opportunity for the Moor castle, how to order our pastry and enjoy it in the palace garden in Sintra, etc. The list is too long. He has a wealth of historical knowledge and is very personable. We definitely think it was worth the splurge.

Pena Palace and Sintra...
Pena Palace and Sintra are always crowded. And both have lots of uneven pavement and hills. Our guide, George, gave us good advice at each stop. It was a nice experience

Our guide was excellent!...
Our guide was excellent! Having entrance tickets to both places we visited made things so much easier. Andre shared his knowledge with us and his passion for Portuguese history was evident. He made reservations for lunch for us in Sintra and the restaurant was so good. It was a fantastic day. Thank you Andre.

Must-do and Great Value
When I decided to book a trip to Portugal and Spain, this Sintra excursion was the thing I did on my second full day in Lisbon. Miguel is the BEST HOST! Knowledgable, friendly, and literally from seeing Sintra’s highlights to the beach to the Westernmost Point of Europe and Pena Palace, this was one of the top moments of my euro girl summer. Do not hesitate and book this now!

Worth it!
Fabulous guide who took us through Sintra and Cascai. Pena Palace was breathtaking. Our day included an authentic lunch and a short time for shopping. Devil’s mouth was also impressive. Our guide Gabriel was knowledgeable. He included history making the day wonderful.

What an amazing day! My friend and I booked a private tour to Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais, and it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, David, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, fun, and flexible. He tailored the day perfectly to us and made sure we had a great time. Thanks, David, for an unforgettable day!

Sintra
Sintra was beautiful. The palaces and fort are amazing. The history is so interesting and the area beautiful. Be prepared to walk on uneven terrain. The town is a mixture of quaint and historic, and very friendly. The pastries are excellent and regional food delicious, but what really made the trip was our guide, Nomo. His knowledge of history, ecology and the area was very impressive. He was a great guide and very patient. Highly recommend him.

Incredible day trip to Sintra!
Nunno was an outstanding tour guide for our private tour of Sintra. 1st class service door to door from our hotel and incredible sights to see at Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, etc. He did everything possible to make the tour as manageable as possible, and it was truly a highlight of our visit to Lisbon, but just to be clear, this tour includes a lot of strenuous walking and climbing. Worth it though!
